I was waiting for Oh Sehun, my best friend and also, the guy I'm in love with, in our usual place in the park. He texted me that he needs to tell me something important. Yes. I'm in love with my best friend and there's no denying anything about it anymore. It was already too late when I realized it because I already fell. Fell really deep. I'm planning on confessing to him when he arrives. I'm really scared though. A lot of 'what ifs' had been popping out in my head. I was so deep in my thought that I didn't realize a certain blonde was already in front of me.

"Yen-yen-ah~~~~" he kept on saying the nickname he gave me until he got impatient.

"Yah!! Choi Yena!! Are you that so into your thoughts that you won't even look at me?? What are you thinking about anyway? Is it a boy? Is my baby Yen-yen in love already?" Sehun cooed, giving me his precious eye-smile.

"What?! NO!! I don't l-like anyone" I tried not to blush but failed. He kept on pestering me about the guy, which was actually him. "Is it that Kai guy? I heard his totally hot and can dance really well, totally your type. Or is it Luhan?? Really handsome if I do say so myself." He wiggled his brows at me.

"Stop it OH SEHUN!" I lightly punched his arm. He feigned a hurt expression. "Is that how you treat your oh-so-wonderful best friend, huh?" still clutching at the spot that I punched. "C'mon, Just tell me already" "okay, okay.. aish, so impatient. soooo.... I've been liking this girl for a while now and -" I cut him off. "What?" "I said I like someone" I stood there frozen trying to process the information. "No" I said blankly "what no?" "You can't like her" I can't control my mouth from blurting out those words. "You can't tell me who to like or not." he said calmly.

"Sehun, I like you" I looked straight into his eyes. His eyes grew wide from the sudden confession. "Yena, you know that I only treat you as a friend, right?" "Then, let's stop being friends" I stubbornly said. "Yena, you don't know what you're saying. Think about it"

"No. I know what I'm feeling and I know this is not what a friend should feel for a friend. I love you, Oh Sehun. Believe me. I've been in love with you for a while now." He put a grip on my shoulder, facing me. "Forget about what your feeling, Yena. Let's just call it friendship and not love. Though, I love you but only as a friend and I don't think it would grow anything more to what you're feeling for me." Tears start falling from my eyes.

"Let's just stop this, okay?" and he coldly turned around and left. I broke down on the floor. He can't accept my feelings. It hurts. Rejection hurts especially if it's from someone who was already a very big part of your life.
