The Last Kiss is a story about a girl name Seohyun who have loved this boy name Changmin who she grew up with, she kept her love for this boy in silent. She never once complain to him, even when he drag her out of bed in the middle of the night, cry to her about his girl problem, or use her, because all those time she was happy to even be near and be with him. After Changmin got married to his long time girlfriend Victoria from China, he start to feel empty when he can't see Seohyun as much as he use too. Victoria could feel the change in her husband when they are together, but everything comes to an end when Seohyun got into a car crash in front of his eyes.
