Day 1 - Yellow

"Kibummie-ah! Look what I brought you!" Jonghyun raced up to Kibum first thing that morning when he arrived.

Jonghyun held up a bright yellow daffodil.

Kibummie looked at the flower and squealed with delight.

"It's purty!" Kibum made a grab for the flower. Jonghyun pulled away.

"Jjonghyunnie hyung isn't giving to Kibum...?" Kibum asked sadly.

"I will. But first, what color is the flower?" Jonghyun asked.

Kibum remembered this color. It was the same color as the banana the teacher showed him yesterday. So it must be - 

"It's yewow!" Kibum shouted happily.

"Good, Kibummie-ah," Jonghyun smiled, and handed Kibum the flower. Kibum happily took it and hugged his new friend.

"Komawo, Jjong hyung~"

Jonghyun blushed at the hug and at the nickname. 

That day, Kibum was not alone on the swings because Jonghyun was right behind him. 
That day, he also didn't have to try to push himself because Jonghyun was pushing him.
That day, Kibum didn't cry.

Yellow is the color of the daffodil. It's the color of optimism, enlightment, and happiness. It's the first thing Jonghyun gave to Kibum - encouragement.
