Boundless

Description

Deep within the depths of Leiseu Woods, lies the death of a wealthy women. People say she's been drowned, murdered, or she killed herself from all the stress and depression she was suffering from. She was a beautiful women until she was reported missing on January 6th 1760. Her skin turned frail; wrinkled like an old newspaper. In fact, part of her skin ripped apart and her bloody flesh was exposed to the creatures who find her flesh delicious to eat. She was old; moss has been formed on her right arm, and her eyes were no longer inside her precious face anymore. There was, however, the healthy and gleaming hair she was known for. She had silky brown hair that would never stop growing from the enriched water the well provided for her. When she was reported missing, everyone figured it was just other pretty face wasted. She had no friends, but her observers told officials that she had a horrible mind that freaked everyone out. After 3 years, people gave up trying to find her until the day another person was missing. He was camping in the woods without any information over the things people say about the woods. He camped near the well, hoping that it'll supply him with the water he needed. Once he let the bucket down to get water, the bucket bought up crimson red blood with hair that all smelt repulsive. Shocked, he tried to run away but the hair slipped around his neck and suffocated him until he died and left his corpse dead on the ground. He was reported missing, and it's been 4 years before police turned to the greatest investigators for help.

Foreword

January 14th 2012

G-Dragon slammed the newspaper flat in front of their faces leaving them to read the front cover.

-A group of teens reported missing while trying to track down the famous Japanese hotel owner, Tayokashi.-

"The man's been missing for four years now," Jiyong sighed, taking his beanie off before ruffling his hair. "His people are paying us a load just to find him dead or alive."

Kwon Jiyong was known for stealing people's identities and ruining their reputation. Since middle school, he'd foraged his parents signature and soon he started stealing their credit cards. By knowing a person's name, face, and the way they dress, he can know their whole life within a snap.

"How much?" CL asked while reading the article with Bom by her side. She was a hardcore military child and a mystery as most. She gets away with almost anything she lays her eyes on. She's best for her highly accurate aim and shooting 17 bullets in the middle of a target in less than 10 seconds in her last year of elementary.

"3K. Each."

"Damn." She nodded her head in dead approval. "I think finding missing people are easy."

"This is daebak! We haven't had a high paying investigation in years!" Bom exclaimed happily. Despite her bubbly attitude, she's smart as hell. Government officials wouldn't let her participate in school events since it was obvious that she'd win. She takes her prestigious mind as an advantage ever since she hotwired a car while she skipped school because it was her birthday.

"You said he was missing for four years now, right?" Top asked while holding a cup of iced coffee from Starbucks. "He's probably dead." Top was known for his closely precision guesses and conclusions. Ever since elementary, he's been able to guess how many jelly beans they were in a jar just by his personal instinct.

"The guy was last found at Leiseu Woods," Jiyong spoke. "You know, the haunted place where people come and never come back. They've sent two SWAT teams and they still haven't came back yet."

"Leiseu Woods; where the great legends of Jin-Kyong Park whose been dead for over 100 years." CL chuckled.

"Exactly what I was thinking." Jiyong pondered. "Don't you think it's odd that all of the missing people happen to be from those woods?"

"Are you guys seriously considering that stupid myth a clue?" Top laughed as he stirred his iced coffee. "Tayokashi was a Japanese hotel owner so he must've not heard of the myth when he got here. He was the first one in years to be missing like Jin-Kyong Park."

"There's other options than that stupid legend. He could've killed himself or something." Bom pursued her lips and continued to stare at blankness. "And if you're considering the legend, then wouldn't you think Jin-Kyong could be haunting a portion of the woods, not the woods in general?"

"Probably." The others said in unison, still pondering as the newspaper was on the coffee table. They all lived together in a fairly big house with a gate and all had their parents killed by a murder. Once the murder was found by no other than themselves, they started working as a team and living off their parent's money.

"It's getting late. Let's sleep and figure this out tomorrow." CL said while she yawned with her arms stretching.

"Deh," They all started going about and around the house, ready for bed.

Bom, on the other hand, started folding the newspaper. Swiftly throwing it on the table, she accidently got a paper cut that made her finger bleed endlessly. Wincing in pain, she the blood with her saliva, but it kept bleeding.

"CL-ah!" She shouted, nearly crying as the cut felt like it was deepening. More of her crimson red blood dripped down, staining the couch. It was burning as if it was lit on fire, and it stung as if she poured salt on it. Before her eyes, the cut started becoming wider to the point where she could see her veins and bones. "Chaerin!!"

"Bom! What the hell?!" CL rushed towards Bom who was desperately holding onto her hand while she was crying. "What's wrong?!"

"Call the ER. My hand is.." Bom took out her hand to show CL, but it disappeared and left her flawless skin glowing. Dumbfounded, she gasped in shock while she examined her hand, flipping it all sorts of ways. "..bleeding."

"Were you lying to me?" CL was taken aback. "I nearly had a heart attack seeing you like that Bommie! Aigoo, I told you! I hate being tricked." She frowned and stuck her tongue out at Bom.

"N-no! It was just here," Bom retraced where her cut was. "I swear.."

"Sure you do.." CL rolled her eyes and laughed sarcastically. "Alright, stop acting. You got me, arasso? Now let's go to sleep."

"I wasn't kidding.." Bom mumbled and confusingly walked out of the living room with CL as they closed the light.
