"Junghee, what's this crap about anyway?" Jonghyun asked his little sister.

"Oppa, watch your language, I'm under 13. And if you paid attention, you would've heard me long ago!" Junghee complained. "I said, it's about a puppet and human falling in love, and the puppet tries his hardest to become human to be with the human, but sadly, he doesn't succeed."

"Oh." Jonghyun replied quite plainly, uninterested.

"Oppa, be more enthusiastic. At least try to be. It's starting~" Junghee leaned back as the lights dimmed. Jonghyun just rolled his eyes.

In Jonghyun's opinion, the theater was a bit creepy. He didn't know why, it just was. This was the most famous theater in town for its life-sized puppets, and the dark place gave him the chills. 

He had to admit though, the puppets were beautifully made. They looked so real, and it was hard for him to believe that these puppets were being controlled by a string. But as beautiful as they were, Jonghyun got a little freaked out when he thought he had caught eye contact with the lead puppet, and the puppets gaze was so still, Jonghyun felt cold.

I swear, that puppet seemed like it was looking straight at me. Jonghyun thought.

Jonghyun thought that puppet was the most beautiful out of all of them. The puppet had gleaming black hair that seemed so real and soft, with the brightest red highlights in his bangs. But what Jonghyun had thought was most breathtaking about this one puppet, was not his real-looking pale skin, not his perfect nose, not his pretty bow-shaped lips,hell, not even his toned high cheekbones, but his eyes. The puppet's eyes seemed to have a spark of life in them (Jonghyun didn't know why he saw this) and they seem so real, and when he looked into the eyes, he could almost read a story in them.

And then Jonghyun realized his was paying so much attention to one puppet. Was it even possible to fall in love with a non-living thing? 

I'm going ing crazy... Jonghyun thought.

And that was all he can remember.

"Oppa, I told you not to fall asleep, didn't I? The show was so interesting!~" Junghee cheered, after the show had finished. The lights were back on, and the audiences were shuffling out the exit.

"Great." Jonghyun said.

"Aw, come on, Oppa." Junghee punched him lightly on the arm.

"Junghee, let's go check out the puppets." Jonghyun suddenly suggested.

"Huh? Why do you wanna do that? Oppa, are you possibly in love with one of them?!" Junghee asked, shocked at her brother's request.

"W-what?!" Jonghyun stuttered. "N-no way!"

"Haha, chill oppa, I was joking! You take everything too seriously. Let's go, since you wanna see them so bad," Junghee laughed.

"I fuc--seriously hate you, so much," Jonghyun muttered.

"Let's go!"

Jonghyun had not expected what he was about to see.
