Description
Moving to a new house is never a good idea in my eyes; especially when the family living opposite me has a son that is well known as the 'Prince of Seduction' in my school.

How can I decribe this so-called 'Prince of Seduction'?
He's a good looking guy, definitely descibed as a flower boy - He has the bad boy look and his personality isn't far off either, but somehow girls seems to be crazy for him. Also he's the son of the president of our school and that just makes it even worse.
Moving here has made my life turned upside down!
