Layla, a 17 yrs. old daughter of a multi-billionaire Bae Yong-Joon, is a genius but is an egoistic narcissist.

She wants to inherit her father's business. However, because of her bad personality that looks down on people, her father doesn't want her to inherit the business, instead, he wants her to get married to his business friend's son.

Layla is completely opposed to getting married, specially since the partner is a rumoured fatso and ugly guy, and threatens her father that she would commit suicide.

So her father, who loves her dearly, agreed to give her the business but gave her two conditions.

One condition is she would live as a commoner for one year.
