"Chae Rin, take the box." Ms Kim ordered me.

"Ne~"

Today the box is heavier than usual...

 

"Look out!" Some one shouted.

I fell forwards because i slipped on an oily surface.

 

"..." I cursed under my breath.

 

The contents inside the box flew out.

 

I pick them up and threw it back into the box.

The leopard came to me and put in some as well.

 

"Thank you." I said to him.

 

I was going to the entrance gate but the leopard stopped me.

 

He took my box and went in.

"My box..."

 

I went to the bus again.

And this time, I carried a bundle pack of bottled water.

 

 

The leopard saw me and folded his arms.

He walked to me and took my bottled water.

 

"Hey..." 
 

I can't carry even the bottled drinks?

 

I scanned the inside of the bus and checked that there's no thing left behind.

The only thing left was our bags.

 

The rest of the team were setting up the place and Ms Kim asked me to take their bags to the stadium.

 

"I'll go with her." Henry volunteered.

The mascot raised his "paw" too.

"Good. Go with her then."

 

The two walked behind me... I feel uneasy somehow.

I turned back and looked at them, they were looking at each other...?

 

"Guys...?" I waved to them.

 

I picked up five bags and the rest were covered by Henry and the leopard mascot.

 

Henry walked beside me and the leopard was behind.

"Are they heavy?" Henry asked.

 

"Ah, no. I'm okay." Although I'm a girl in their eyes but I have more strength than they think I have.

The leopard walks besides me as well.

 

He took two bags from me.

 

"I'm okay..." 

He speeds up and didn't give me a chance to take back my bags.

 

 

Aish this guy...what is he thinking? Sometimes, it's hard to understand his actions.

The sports day started. 

We started doing cheers and did our formations to heat up the atmosphere.

 

There was one part where I have to be thrown the air.

 

However, the timing was off.

 

Its too fast!

 

I fell...but I'm scared that they won't catch me in time.

I closed my eyes in fear.

 

*plops*

Wait...it doesn't hurt...!

 

I opened my eyes.

The mascot caught me.

 

"Woo!!!" The crowd cheered.

"Thank you..." I thanked him while I was still shivering.

 

He puts me down gently and looks at the guys who were supposed to catch me.

Is he glaring...? He looks at them for a long time before turning back to the front to face me.

 

"You okay?"
 

I nodded.

It's the first time he spoke.

 

Ms Kim also asked me if I was okay then reprimanded the guys.

I was going to interrupt Ms Kim but the leopard dragged me away.

 

"It's their fault. They have to be responsible."

"I know. But...I'm okay now."

"You should quit cheerleading."

 

What?!

"No!" I frowned.

 

"Fine. Next time I won't catch you." He said and walks away.

What?! How can he say something like that?

 

I sighed. I just don't understand guys.

I went over to Min Ah and Nara to see if they need my help.

We finished the setting up and also the warm ups.

 

Then, I went to the toilet.

Just a few steps away, I heard my name and stopped in my tracks.

 

"She's such a , after seducing all the guys in the cheerleading team now she's after the mascot?"

"Yeah, and doesn't she know that Jae Hi likes Henry? Yet, she's still so close with Henry."

 

What is...this.

"That's not true..." 

Tears formed in my eyes.

 

I never thought of anything like that. 

 

"Who does she think she is? Always flirting around. How many guys does it take for her to be satisfied?"

I don't want to hear anymore of this!

I was going to walk away when...

 

"What's wrong?" 
The leopard mascot stood in front of me.

 

I kept quiet and looked at the floor. 
I didn't want my tears to fall.

 

"Hey, I'm talking to you."

"What do you want?!" I looked up at shouted at him, my tears fell.

 

I pushed him aside and ran.

Stupid leopard...

 

I found a corner and sat there.

I hugged my knees and let my tears flow freely.

 

Why did they think of me like that...

 

I really didn't know Jae Hi like Henry...I have never thought of snatching from her at all.

Why did they say I was flirting? I was just being friendly to everyone...

 

*sniff*

Stupid...people. 

 

They do not know me yet they make this conclusion that I am the person they say I am.

 

 

"Oi."
 

I looked up and a handkerchief fell on my face.

 

"It's clean, just use it."

I wiped my tears away and looked at...

 

The mascot.

 

He was breathing heavily.

Did he run after me?

 

He sat down in front of me.

"What happened?"

 

I looked at him, should I tell him?

 

I breathed in, and told him.

"Get up." He stood up abruptly.

 

"Huh?"

He pulled me up and dragged me with him.

 

"Where are we going?!"

He did not answer and continued walking.

"Yah!..."

We stopped.

 

And in front of us were the girls who spoke badly about me.

"I want you take back whatever you have said about her."

The mascot spoke again.

 

This time, his tone was...he sounded angry.

"Chae Rin, you found the mascot to back you up?" One of the girls saw me and sneered.

 

"Shut up . I want you to take back your words before I lose my temper and beat you into a pulp."

The mascot hit the wall.

"Whoa~ I'm so scared!" The girl rolled her eyes at him.

 

The mascot took off his "head".

The girls' eyes looked like they were in fear...

 

The leopard messed his hair and threw his "head" to the ground.

"How many times do you want me to repeat?"

 

"I take back what I said!!" The girl shouted and the group ran away.

I was surprised how the girl reacted when the mascot took off its head was he really so scary?

He turned to face me.

 

"Don't cry over such matters again okay?" 

I looked at him...

 

"You..."

That was the only word that came out of my mouth.

 

He's...not scary at all.

He had a worried look on his face.

He picked up his "head" and walked towards me.

 

He patted my head and walked off.

What kind of guy is he?
 

He helps me, then becomes a jerk and then helps me again...
