❝ So I've just started my GCSE's and I'm already feeling the stress of it and I have lost my appetite recently. I mean I go to eat but then when I take a look at the food I want to throw up. I don't know what to do, can my Infinite oppas help me?

Sungyeol : True, study is good but don't be stress out too much^^ Rest also~ And you need to think of eating too. If you don't eat, it would be more worst. You need to eat to gather some energy okay? Then it will be easier for you to focus on study :) Don't ever think of skipping meal especially breakfast. If you don't have the appetite, at least try eating a little so you won't be starving or something..but don't push yourself too much ok? You might throw up xD I know..sometimes when you're stress, you just don't feel like eating. That's why it's not good cause eating is important. Actua
