Description
Sehun and Eunah have been together for 2 years already. Their relationship was like a dream come true.
But one day Eunah found out something that would create a big problem in thier relationship.
Will Eunah tell Sehun? or Will she kept it to herself?
Will they be able to face this problem?
What if this problem has no solution?
Will she just leave him or stay with him till the end even if it hurts her?

Foreword
It has been weeks since Eunah felt kind of sick, she has been a little bit weak lately and gets dizzy easily but good thing Sehun didn't notice about it.
Eunah just came back home after she left about half an hour ago not telling Sehun where she went.
She sew Sehun seating on the couch, suddenly Sehun felt the door open he stood up and went near the door he saw Eunah and hugged her.
Sehun let go and stared at her. Eunah never looked at him and kept her head down, but Sehun held her chin up and examined her face, it was full of sadness.
"Eunah where did you go this morning? You just left with out telling?"
"I-I-I went to the.........park." It was a lie, Eunah didn't go to the park actually she went to the hospital.
"Oh then why didn't you wake me up I would have come with you."
"I didn't want to wake you up because you were sleeping peacefully Sehunnie."
Sehun smiled at her and stared at her like she was the most important thing for him in the whole wide world. Suddenly a tear fell on Eunah's eyes. Sehun got shock when he saw Eunah's tears.
"Why are you crying?"
"It's nothing I just thought that..... what if one day I lose you then I wouldn't see your smiling face anymore."
Sehun hugged her tight and whispered in her ears.
"Stop crying Eunah I will never leave you, I won't let that happen. Your my one and only Eunah not even death can change that"
Eunah smiled and thought, 'I hope so Sehunnie because I don't want to ever leave you, but what will happen if I'm the one who will be gone and would never come back will you be able to accept it.....I don't want to be a burden to you because if THIS. I can't agree to you that death will not change anything.'
"My Angel I will never leave you I wont let that happen and I wont let you leave me. I Oh Sehun promise that"
