“Why are you doing this?”

Li Yin was looking at Junsu directly to the eyes.

He smiled and approached her.

“Because….”

I (he pointed to himself) LIKE (she put her hands in a heart shape) YOU (he pointed her)

Li Yin widened her eyes and stepped back.

He walked a step closer, but she started crying.

“Li Yin, don’t cry….why are you crying?”

She opened , but no sound escaped from it.

She looked down.

“Li Yin, that girl lied to you, I don’t care if you can’t talk to me with your voice…
the most beautiful sounds escape from your soul.” He said caressing her face.

She looked up and smiled.

“I love you Li Yin…and I’ll like to be the owner of your love.” Junsu said grabbing her hands.

Li Yin was surprised…it was a big step between ‘I like you’ and ‘I love you’

She bit her lips and let go of his hands. She held the wooden stick and wrote on the sand.

“Do you really love me?”

She was scared. Rejection was something she was used to since she couldn’t talk,
but she felt great that at her first year at school she was accepted by the rest, but not by the one she liked…
but now he was confessing to her?

Junsu smiled and wrote on the sand.

“I liked you since the first day I met you…I just wasn’t aware of it…I…” He looked at her and continued talking.

“I was scared of your brother…that was one of the reasons I couldn’t accept you…the other one…”

Li Yin felt scared again…he had already told her that he didn’t care if she couldn’t talk, but…

“The other one was that I couldn’t believe such a beautiful girl could really like me…I feel empty without you Li Yin…”

Li Yin felt happy; it was the happiest day of all her life.

But what she felt for Junsu was just a likeness or was it love?
