“Oppa!!” Soomin shouted as she entered her rooftop apartment

“Stop shouting! It’s hurting my ears!” Hoya grumbled as he went out of his room

Soomin pouted, ”Are you not that interested in my good news?”

“Every Good News has a Bad news” Hoya stated making Soomin’s pout more bigger

“Soomin, you know Hoya’s just kidding. He is dying to know what is the news” Sungyeol suddenly slung an arm around Soomin causing a smile to grow on Soomin’s face. She giggled and hugged her brother’s waist

Hoya rolled his eyes.

“Now, what is the news Hoya’s dying to know?” Sungyeol looked at Soomin

“I got accepted at the coffee shop across the street” Soomin smiled

“Nice~” Hoya said in a sarcastic tone, “Now what’s the bad news?”

Soomin shot him a look meaning to shut up

“But I thought you said before they had enough employees. Did they fire one already?” Sungyeol asked

Soomin shook her head, “The boss wanted to help me out, so he gave me a job, though my pay is a bit less than the other employees, just for it to be fair”

“I knew there was a bad news.” Hoya raised his arms.

“Yah. At least Soomin got a job” Sungyeol defended her

Hoya sighed, “Whatever. Congratulations. I have to work now. A work that gives me a normal pay!” Hoya stuck his tongue out and went out of the door.

Soomin made a face and stuck his tongue out too, “Babo!”

Sungyeol let out a small chuckle

“What’s funny?” Soomin asked

“You and Hoya” Sungyeol said, “You two are like cats and dogs”

“I’m a cute little kitty and Hoya is a loud barking dog” Soomin said

“Or do you think you’re a lion?” Sungyeol raised his eyebrow

“Shut up oppa!” Soomin threw a pillow towards Sungyeol. He was about to throw one back when he notice Soomin’s sad face

“What’s wrong Soomin?” Sungyeol asked

“Even though I got a job. If only I entered university, I would get a job that will pay me normally” Soomin sighed and sat down on the sofa and hugged her knees

Sungyeol sighed too and sat next to Soomin, “Don’t worry Soomin, you’ll get a better job after this”

“Why not send me to school?” Soomin asked

“Soomin, are you sure you can go to school? Can you take the entrance exam of the universities here? Do you remember what you have learned back in High school?” Sungyeol asked

Soomin slowly shook her head

“See! You have no choice” Sungyeol said

“What if I just take a review class?” Soomin asked

“What is there to review when you have completely lost it in your mind?” Sungyeol asked

“I can ask Sungjong to help me” Soomin suggested

“Soomin. I know you want to earn money for Sungjong to be able to enter a medical school. Do you think it will help if you go to school again?” Sungyeol asked

“I can just take a one year course. Sungjong will be graduating next year” Soomin said

“Soomin” Sungyeol softly said as he held his sister’s hand and looked at her with soft eyes

“Araso! Fine! Whatever” Soomin stood up, “I’ll just work” She said and went to her room

“I’m home!” Sungjong shouted

“Welcome back” Sungyeol smiled at his little brother, “Guess what happened to Soomin!”

“She remembered everything?” Sungjong asked

“Nope. She got a job” Sungyeol said

“Oh. That’s nice” Sungjong nodded, “I have to go study now” Sungjong said and went to his room

The next day, Soomin woke up early just to get ready for her first day at work.

“Why up so early?” Hoya scratched his head while walking out of his room. He was woken up by the noise Soomin was making in the kitchen

“Mian if I woke you up. Just having breakfast” Soomin said

Hoya grumbled and went back to his room

Soomin made a face, “Weirdo” she said and dried her hair.

“Morning Noona!” Sungjong came out of his room with his same cheerful attitude, “I heard you got a job yesterday. Congratulations” He said

Soomin smiled, “Gomawo. Today is my first day.” Soomin said

“Good luck” Sungjong said and went to the refrigerator and took out the milk and sat down infront of you

“How is school?” Soomin asked

“Fine” Sungjong said as he poured the milk into the glass

“How’s you grades?” Soomin asked

“Same. Always at the top” Sungjong said before he took a sip of the milk. He put the glass down and looked at his sister, “What time are you supposed to be there?”

“Seven” Soomin said and looked at the time, “Still drying my hair” She said

“Arasoo” Sungjong nodded and put back the milk in the refrigerator, “I’ll using the bathroom now” Sungjong said and went to the bathroom

Soomin smiled as she finished her cereal. She stood up and was about to put the bowl in the sink when she tripped and the bowl and the spoon hit the floor, luckily the bowl wasn’t made of glass. Sungyeol and Hoya bought plastic bowls, plates, and glasses because Soomin was usually clumsy and might break things.

“AISH! SOOMIN! Can you please eat your breakfast quietly! SOME PEOPLE HERE ARE SLEEPING!” Hoya shouted from his room

“HOYA!! CAN YOU PLEASE SCOLD SOOMIN WITHOUT SHOUTING!? THE ‘SOME PEOPLE’ YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT ARE STILL SLEEPING!” Sungyeol yelled back from his room

Soomin giggled and picked up the bowl and spoon
