"Tae Hee-ah! We have nice, good news for you!" Umma yelled from the living room.

As I heard the words 'nice, good news', I rushed out of my bedroom to the living room where umma and appa was.

"So, umma, appa, what's the good news?" I asked as soon as I found myself standing in front of them.

Dad spoke up. "The results of your scholarship exam finally arrived!"

"Jeongmal? Oh! Let me see, please, umma?" I begged. She handed me the envelope.

"So?" Umma asked me, smiling.

"I passed!" I screamed, and hugged umma and appa all at once while jumping all around.

"Yah, what's the screaming all about?" My little brother, Min Jun, who is really very annoying, bursted out form his room.

"Your sister passed the scholarship exams!" Umma told him happily.

"Jinjja?! Yah, congratulations, noona! Youre not only pretty, you're super smart, too!" Min Jun told me.

We all laughed and continued the hug fest. Little did I know that my life would soon change...
