No one’s pov

The next morning, it was the same routine for ~~~~~ and jiyong

~~~~~ was ready and went out her mansion to wait for jiyong as normal

Soon after jiyong arrived and she got on the car

"Good morning" jiyong said smiling

"Good morning" ~~~~~ replied

Jiyong drove of their school        

"I predict yongguk is going to ask you to eat lunch with them today" jiyong said

"I doubt so but if it really happens I would ask him to eat with us instead of us eating with them" ~~~~~ shrugged thinking of all the attention she and jiyong would be getting if they were to sit with bap

"Who said I agreed to it?" Jiyong asked raising his brows

"At this rate you would win this game and I haven't even started yet" jiyong said

"Ohh right, you have yet to start your game” ~~~~~ realized

“I might lose if I keep following you and yongguk around all the time, and im not risking that, go eat with him yourself” jiyong said

‘I guess I have to do this then’ ~~~~~ thought

She looked up at jiyong with her puppy eyes and pouted mouth and grabbed onto jiyong arm without pulling while he was driving

“Please, it would be awkward if only I and yongguk ate alone” she whined

‘Oh my gosh, she’s using it, lucky for me she’s in her nerd face’ jiyong thought and tried hard not to look

“You are cute, but I’m not falling for that” jiyong simply rejected her

‘I guess this is the only way then’ ~~~~~ thought

“So this is how you want to be huh?” ~~~~~ asked

“Whaaa…..!” jiyong shouted as he felt ~~~~~ tugging on his arms while he was driving and now he was driving wildly

“~~~~~-ah! Stop it!” jiyong shouted

“NO! Until you agree!” ~~~~~ replied

Lucky for the both of them this road had only one or two parked cars by the side

‘Or I could just stop this car’ jiyong thought and so he did, he stepped on the brake and after a few seconds the car came to a stop

“That was dangerous ~~~~~! Hahaha lucky for us, I have a quick working brain!” jiyong self-praised and looked to ~~~~~ who was hugging her folded legs burying her head in her arms

‘This is the last plan, I hope it works!’ ~~~~~ thought trying to look all sad and depressed to gain some sympathy

And…. Somehow it worked, jiyong was feeling guilty that he was the cause of his own best friend being like that now, he felt like giving in

“~~~~~-ah” jiyong gently called

But ~~~~~ ignored jiyong and just kept her head down and continued to pretend

“Ice cream?” jiyong tried to tempt her with her favourite desert

~~~~~ tried hard to ignore jiyong, at least for 10 seconds, just as she was about to give up jiyong started talking

“Fine you win, I agree to eat with you and yongguk, until you are comfortable with him without me” jiyong sighed and gave in

~~~~~ Suddenly bounced from her sit and hugged jiyong

“Thanks! You are the favourite best friend in the whole world!” she happily said

“That’s because you only have one best friend” jiyong said

“Now let go we still have to go to school” jiyong said as he pushed ~~~~ away but she clanged onto him tighter and said

“Erm…. Can I still have ice cream?” she looked at jiyong

“No! You should be the one treating me ice cream! Now let go!” jiyong said

“Fine” she let go of jiyong and went back to her sit “not like I can’t afford it anyways”

Jiyong continued to drive the both of them to school

“But can you drop by the shop I’m craving for ice cream now that you have mentioned it” ~~~~~ said

After dropping by a shop to buy ice cream the both of them drove to school

Like usual jiyong parked his car somewhere behind the school and the both of them walked to school after getting down from the car ~~~~~ handed a ice cream to jiyong and got another one for herself both of then ate while walking to school

Five minutes before their classes starts the both of them went to their classes and sat in their places, they would be the only two person in the class since they were nerds and other students would come late for classes, but to their surprise yongguk, himchan and zelo was gathered around Yongguk’s table

Himchan was nagging at zelo for not doing his homework again when yongguk and zelo noticed ~~~~` and jiyong walking into the class

“Hi ~~~~~!” zelo suddenly stood up and waved at ~~~~~  and then turned to jiyong and waved too “and jiyong!” he added on

Jiyong and ~~~~~ greeted back

Himchan looked at yongguk and zelo finally understanding why those two suggested going for class earlier then before     

“I see why you were so interested in coming to class earlier” he whispered to yongguk

“Looks like you would have to win that maknae, but don’t you dare hurt him” himchan whispered before turning to greet ~~~~~ and jiyong

“good morning~ jiyong and ~~~~~” he said in a cheerful manner

The both of them greeted himchan back to

~~~~~ And jiyong turned to the last one and greeted him first

“Good morning yongguk” ~~~~~ said while jiyong said “yo” to yongguk

Yongguk stood up and did a handshake with jiyong “yo” he replied is his deep voice causing ~~~~~ and the rest to be surprised that they were so close with each other

Yongguk then stood away from jiyong and said “hi ~~~~~” and then flashed his gummy smile which he rarely flesh in school

Just after they greeted each other the teacher walked in and was also surprised that yongguk, himchan and zelo was already in class, he cleared he throat and asked all of them to be sited

The teacher then started his lesson without waiting for the late comers

Himchan was sat beside yongguk and zelo was two tables away from them

 “Since when did you and that nerd got so close?” himchan asked yongguk

“It’s a secret, and don’t call him that” yongguk answered

Meanwhile on ~~~~~’s and jiyong side, “why do you seem so close to yongguk?” ~~~~~ asked

“since last night when I send him home, he seems good, wonder if he will still be our friends when this game ends?” jiyong replied

“You are the person who picked him as my target” ~~~~~ replied

“He likes your collection of cars, maybe you should lend one to him” jiyong said trying to change the topic

When ~~~~~ was about to reply, the teacher faked a chough and said “~~~~~, do you have anything to share with the class?”

“No” ~~~~~ replied 

“Good, now pay attention” the teacher replied and continued to teach

After a few minutes students started to fill the class and time passed quickly, it was time for a different subject so ~~~~~ and jiyong had to move to another class while yongguk, himchan and zelo remained waiting for another teacher to come

In separated classes, yongguk was thinking of asking ~~~~~ and jiyong to join bap for lunch with his phone under the table staring at ~~~~~ phone number thinking of whether he should text her or not, when himchan who was looking at him for quite a while of time nudge him on the shoulder and said “just do it” and pointed his thumb and index finger posing as the Nike logo

“Should i? Wait, you don’t even know what I want to do” yongguk said and looked back to his phone

“Just do it already, you are annoying like this” himchan replied and look back to the board

‘Maybe I should, what’s there to lose’ yongguk thought and started typing

To ~~~~~: would you like to join us for recess today?

After typing he was about to send when he thought about it again ‘maybe I shouldn’t’

He was about to delete his text when himchan saw and grabbed Yongguk’s phone and said “I have never seen you like this before, you must really like her to be like that huh?”

“Give me back my phone Kim himchan” yongguk said in a warning tone

“Chill, I’m not going to send it to ~~~~~” himchan calmly replied and started pressing something on Yongguk’s phone, after he was done, he handed him back his phone and said

“If you are afraid of directly asking her, then ask her befriend”

Yongguk took back his phone and saw that the contact being changed

To jiyong: would you like to join us for recess today?

After getting the idea of what himchan meant, he looked up to himchan and flashed his gummy smile agreeing with what himchan planed

“Thanks!” yongguk thanked his best friend and pressed the send button

I would like to apologize for not updating for such a long time, its just that I m having exams and partly because I dint know how to continue writing
