Description
Han Min Ah has only been in love once.
It was innocent and beautiful. It was one of those first loves that you always treasure and in her case one that she never forgot. So even though fate separated her and that boy she tried to find him. She rely for him. With only her memories and his name Wu Fan, she's desperately searched until one day everything changes. She knew he would be different, but she never would have imagined just how much that boy would change. He's someone else now, someone broken and out of control. He's become the sort of person she's sworn to destroy. Is the kind and honest side to him that she used to know gone forever?
She's different too though. The things she's seen have made her too strong and cynical. Somewhere along the way, among the loneliness she felt she met Kim Myungsoo. Someone cold on the outside, he picked her up and forced her to become something. Sure, he's controlling and possessive, but he encouraged her and sometimes, he allows her to see that caring side of him. It makes her heart skip a beat, but it can never be love. Her heart is not hers to give away.
Now there are life changing choices to be made. The question remains, is love still something worth giving up everything for? Or is it better to know when to give up?
Foreword
15 Years Ago:
“Wu Fan, will you marry me?” Said a younger version of Min Ah, complete with two long black pony tails.
“Y-yah what are you saying in front of our friends?!” A slightly older boy said, a fierce blush spreading across his face from the snickering of their friends behind them.
“I don’t care! I’ll love you forever!” The small naïve girl said proudly as she ran up to him and wrapped her arms around him.
“H-HEY! LET GO!” He yelled as he pried her arms away.
Her eyes filled with tears and she fell silent as she ran back into the orphanage they all lived at. She heard Tao hit Wu Fan and kept running.
“I'm sorry Min Ah” He said apologetically a little while later as he walked into their room.
She stayed under her blankets and her shoulders shook quietly as she cried.
“I… like you too alright? It’s just embarrassing I’ll get teased by Jongin all day if he knew. But… I will marry you alright? When we’re older I’ll definitely marry you” Wu Fan said as he placed a warm hand on her head and smiled affectionately.

“Min Ah get your gun we’ve got a case” Myungsoo said
“I’m coming!” She called snapping out of her memories as she grabbed her badge and loaded her gun.
