It all started out like any other day. Everything was peaceful and quite. That is,until the break came. Ice,Lightning,Alex and Kuroii were making thier way to

the cafeteria to meet up with their unnies who are also their teammates. Lightning,Alex and Kuroii were ahead while Ice was behind them,hands in her

blazer's pockets as she walked with half-closed eyes while yawning. She just woke up as the class just ended and everyone is always a tad bit sleepy when they

wake up. Some,more sleepier. Ice is part of that some.

 

When the four reached the cafeteria,they're teammates were already sitting at their table with their food in front of them. The table that the volleyballers

always used. Even before Ice entered Seoul High. "Just woke up,Ice?" Asked Haneul,they're second libero. "Yup... But hey. At least its better than skipping

classes." Ice replied as she sat down,rubbing her eyes. "Well,are you gonna eat today?" Hyerin asked. "Yeah I guess so. I'll be back." Ice said and she stood up

to line up to buy her food.

 

When she came back,her teammates were in what seemed like a very interesting conversation. "So,did you hear? The basketball team won the match two

days ago." Lightning,another middle hitter/blocker,said. "Seriously? I wonder if they'll ever lose to anyone." Shimin,a setter,wondered. "I highly doubt that."

Skye,an/a outside/left side hitter snorted. "Yeah. Their captain is even named the 'King of The Court'." Lightning replied and Ice stopped midway as her

spoon was almost in . "Excuse but did you just say 'King of The Court'?" Ice asked and her teammates slowly and cautiosly turning their heads

towards Ice,realizing what they had accidentally done. "W-Well..." Minyoung,they're main libero,stuttered. "Y-Yeah..." Kite,another setter,stuttered as well.

"Excuse,but there was a King of The Court? I'm not actually at the top?" Ice said as she crossed her hands over her chest and glared at the wall

unconsciously,making her teammates shiver. "W-Well,y-yeah... B-but! He's not the King of the volleyball court! He's the King of the basketball court!" Kuroii

tried to reasure their captain. "Well. I don't care if he's the King of the basketball court or volleyball court. All I care is that he's the King of The Court. Who is

this guy,anyways?" Ice asked. "T-The basketball team's captain,Kris Wu."  Alex couldn't help but stutter. "Well,I must have a talk with him soon." Ice said and

continued eating. However,the girls couldn't help but feel trouble coming up soon.

 

At another table,literally on the other side of the cafeteria,twelve males sat,chattering and eating their food at the same time. Talking about the most

randomest things. How their day was,even though it was only 10 in the morning,how some of them just had to grow taller,how to improve their game and

some are even teasing the shortest members. The group of twelve males are known as Exo,Seoul High's basketball team. They were all seated at the their

table. The table the basketballers always used. Even before all of the current basketball members came into the school.

 

After teasing the shortest members for a while,the basketballers too got into a very interesting conversation. "You guys heard,right? The volleyball team won

their match. The match a day after ours." Kim Jongin,or Kai,a point guard,said. "They won again? Man! I think the day I see them lose is the day I die!" Kim

Minseok,or Xiumin,a small forward,exclaimed. "Psh. I don't think we'll ever see them lose even if we were at our last breaths!" Kim Jongdae,or Chen,a power

forward,snorted. "Well,what do you expect? With their captain being the 'Queen of The Court' and all." Luhan,a shooting guard,said,causing Kris Wu,their

captain and center player,to stop midway while eating. "Excuse me,but what was that? Did I just hear there was a 'Queen of The Court'?" Kris asked,causing

his teammates to freeze. "W-Well... Y-Yes...." Park Chanyeol,another shooting guard,replied. "There was a 'Queen of The Court'? Someone's equivalent to

me? A girl,at that?" Kris asked,venom almost coming out in his words. "Y-Yeah... B-But hey! She's the volleyball court queen! Not the basketball court queen!"

Huang ZItao,or simply Tao,another small forward,exclaimed. "I couldn't care less if she was the queen of the basketball court or not. As long as she's the

'Queen of The Court'. Who is this girl,anyways?" Kris asked. "T-The volleyball team's captain,Ice." Oh Sehun,another power forward,replied. "Well,quess I'll

be having a talk with a certain girl very soon." Kris said,this time,venom coming out of his voice,and continued eating. All then satrted to mentally blame

Luhan,the male even blaming himself,for any destruction caused.

 

"Hey,I'm going to buy a drink at the drink stall." At that moment,the captains of both teams said and stood up,their teammates nodding,not knowing what

was to come.

 

As the two captains made their way to the drink stall,they accidentally bumped into each other as they were about to line up. "Oh,I'm sor-" They both

started,but as the looked up,or maybe down for Kris' case,they stopped mid-sentence and they both automatically felt the aura the other was giving off. There

was that powerful aura. As they stopped mid-sentence,everyone now has their heads turned towards the two captains. Most scared of what might happen

next. And in that group were the volleyballers and basketballers.

 

"Looking at your gigantic height,I take it as you're the King of the Court." Ice spoke first. "And I'm taking a wild guess that you're the Queen of The Court." Kris

replied. "Well,your royal majesty. I don't like sharing the top spot with anyone." Ice said,venom clearly coming out of her words. "Same here,her royal

highness." Kris retorted,rivaling the amount of venom that came out of Ice's words. "Well then,I guess this is a proclamation of a challenge." Ice said and

stuck her hand out. "Challenge accepted." Kris shook her hand. They gave each other one final glare before walking away from each other,back to their

respective tables,leaving everyone to gape in amusement and for some,in horror. Oh,this is going to be war and that's a known fact.

HEY HEY HEY! LeeTacyeon here,or you can just simply refer to me as Heehyo or Hyo. Sorry for updating so late. School just started here in my country,Singapore (Ice lives in China,btw.) and i wanted to concentrate solely on the first three days and not anything else so I couldn't update. Ice too couldn't update because she doesn't want to since she wrote both the foreword and the first chapter. Please excuse me is there is anything wrong with the positions played in basketball. I may be close to practically all the basketball players in my previous school (I'm in high school now. First year.) but thye themselves aren't too sure about the official names of their positions.
