Park Kyu Ri  learns that she only has 60 days to live, and that her life is full of regrets. With a recent tough break-up with her boyfriend of two years, and her best friend dying, all Kyu Ri can think is,

With no family or friends left that she can depend on, who can she spend her last two months with? Is she destined to die alone? Full of regrets? And without ever finding love? Or will there be someone who is able to open Kyu Ri's eyes to the beautiful world around her? 

A new transfer student comes to Yonsei University, his name is Lu Han. Bright, cheery, and ompitmisic, despite the fact that he's dying, Lu Han shines a whole new light on the way Kyu Ri thinks. But is it enough? Will Kyu Ri live the last 60 days of her life in peace? Or will will she die full of regrets and loathing?
