At the boys’ dormitory that night:

Taecyeon walks in to the room he and Donghae share, but all the lights are off.

Taecyeon: softly Hae? silence Darn it…  Donghae…

Donghae: What do you want.

Taecyeon: walks into Donghae’s bedroom to find him on the bed Hae, you have to believe me when I say that I really am sorry.

Donghae: … Taecyeon…

Taecyeon: Hm?

Donghae: Have you… truly liked Yoona for that long?

Taecyeon: …. Yeah.

Donghae: sigh You better be a good boyfriend.

Taecyeon: Wait… what?

Donghae: I said, you better be a goo-

Taecyeon: No, I mean… Do you forgive me?

Donghae: What is there to forgive? Besides the keeping something this important, the girl you like, from me… But you’re my bro. And you deserve to be happy, too.smiles

Taecyeon: laughs and pounces on Donghae Oh man… I swear, I really… I love you man.

The boys lay on Donghae’s bed, catching up on everything, talking about anything.

The next morning, at dance class:

Yoona: Hey guys!

Taecyeon: glancing at Donghae I don’t know… But there’s a strong possibility.

the teacher walks in

Mr. Park: Alright, everyone! This semester is almost over, and the ball will be in a week or two. For this time, you are only required to dance once with your partner, which we will be practicing, but you are allowed to go with anyone in the class. They don’t have to be your partner. All right! Let’s get started.

Yoona and Taecyeon immediately go together, and look over to see Donghae and Jessica still standing far apart.

Yoona: … What are you guys doing?

Jessica: Um…

Taecyeon: Oh, just dance together already! Mr. Park will be disappointed in his star couple.

Mr. Park: walking over What’s happening here? Mr. Lee, Ms. Jung, why aren’t you two dancing yet? I need you two to be the examples for this next dance.

Taecyeon: Sorry, Mr. Park. They’re a bit… awkward today.

Mr. Park: OHH… I see… So it’s like that?

Donghae: What?

Mr. Park: thoughtfully No wonder you two have had such amazing chemistry! I KNEW that type of bond and cooperation couldn’t come from just any normal friendship…

Jessica: Excuse me?

Mr. Park: Ok. I’m sorry you two, and I sympathize with the current condition of your relationship, but I will need to ask you guys to keep your lover’s quarrel outside of class. ALRIGHT. Everyone get to work!

the four are stunned

Donghae: What. on. earth??

Taecyeon and Yoona suddenly burst out laughing

Taecyeon: AHAHAHAHA Oh my goodness. Ohhhh gosh. He… you… together… AHAHAHA

Yoona: Oh man. My stomach. It hurts. “Your connection and chemistry.” HAHAHA I guess I wasn’t the only one who thought they looked good together.

Jessica: glare at Yoona Shut up.

Donghae: glare at Yoona and Taecyeon Yeah. Shut up.

Yoona: to Taecyeon AWWWW! Look at them…

Taecyeon: giggling I know. They’re really THAT in sync…

Donghae: OH MY GOODNESS. Let’s just dance…

the other couple walks off, leaving Yoona and Taecyeon dying from laughter.

Yoona: Taec…
