It was another lazy afternoon. A day like the any other but something was different. The fun and lovely atmosphere disappeared and even took their love with it. It was 2 weeks ago when Myungsoo proposed to Suzy but both of them become aware of the real world. They couldn’t handle it, being together is what they wanted but marriage is too much for them. Myungsoo saw it coming, the moment she stepped inside the room. He knew she would return the ring back to him. She walked out of the room, out of his life. He blamed himself for not being good enough for her but relieved at the same time. Relieved that she doesn’t have to wake up an hour early to stop by and bring him food. Relieved that she doesn’t need to take a day off from work just to spend time with him. Relieved because they don’t have to keep lying to themselves.

He couldn’t fight back his tears. The sofa was the only thing he can lean on at that moment and nothing else.
