In a world where Kim Jong Il is considered the norm, resides Han Seul Mi. In this world only one can win, only one can survive, the predator or the prey.  

The year is 2087.  Seoul, Korea has turned into a city of mere puppets, the obsession of Dictator Huang Zi Tao. Naïve South Korea made the mistake of attacking its northern counterpart only to realize that they were powerless against such a maniac. After spending years in a lab, advancing technologies, power hungry Zi Tao has conquered North Korea and is now completing his take over of the south. He turns people into puppets, puppets that he has the controls over, puppets that can never be turned back.
