It's my first love story

Nothing can compare with the numbness and sickness of my heart when you decided to friendzoned me by choosing our friendship than my cheap love. But you can't blame everything on me. You kept on showing signs and as for my part, I kept on misunderstood your kindness. I prayed to God every single day for you to at least stop showing your kindness and being too concern about my well-being. It's not because I hate you already, but it's because I can't restrained myself from falling deeply into loving you. You took all of me and left me nothing.

"Soo?"

"Oh, Sunny. Anything?"

"Why are you spacing out?"

"Huh? Oh.. n-nothing."

"Is it really nothing?"

"Iskh.... Are we playing 20 questions now?"

"Hey, chill up woman... I'm only asking."

"Sorry, bunny. Got something in my mind right now but don't worry. Nothing important."

"Hmmm... Okay. You might need to sleep early as we have early scheduled tomorrow."

"Okay."

I turned around and walked back to my room that i shared with the person that currently messing with my consciousness and my innocent (yeah, right) mind right now. Jessica Jung Sooyeon. That's her name. Her sophisticated yet ancient name. Jessica. Sica-sica Sica-chu. Oh, how i love pronouncing her name.  I'd reached for the door knob and tried to twist it but it's locked.

"Sica... Can you please open the door?"

"One minute, Soo."

My heart started to beat faster when i heard her sweet melodious voice penetrating my ears and my mind started to travel backward as I recalled our first meeting 12 years ago.
