"hey, Yul. Where were you last night?" Jessica asks as she entered the Yuri's office. Yuri looked up and saw Jessica sitting on the couch

"somewhere. Why?" Yuri asks curiously

"nothing. I tried calling you but you didn't answer so I was wondering where you were" Jessica said

"oh. I had left my phone at home. Anyways, I have to go somewhere. See ya later, Jess!" Yuri said as she stood and walked out of her office

Jessica's POV

*sigh*

should I tell her that I saw her last night with Yoona?

I closed my eyes and suddenly pictures of Yoona and Yuri appeared in my mind. They looked so happy, same as I saw last night

Those smiles. Laughter and jokes. Yuri and I used to have those. The moments when we stay up all night just to talk in the phone. Times when we go out on a date. When she used to give me flowers, chocolates and stuffed toys. 

I onced had those. Now, I don't have it anymore. I lost it when I didn't accept her request of having a long distance relationship. 

I remembered what happened the second night I came back here:

Flashback

(A/N: This scene happened on chapter 17. After Yoona and Yuri broke up,  Yuri went to a lakeside (not the private lakeside she and Yoona went) and Jessica saw her there and they had a talk. I forgot to put it so I decided to put it here as a flashback)

"Yuri-ah...you okay?" I asks as I approached her. I can see her crying and I don't know why but I only know one thing: It's bad

"Jess...she broke up with me. Yoona. We're over now" She said as she looked up at me. I can see tears running down her cheeks. I knelt down and wiped away her tears

"Yul, can't we just be together again? Please, Yul. I'll do better. I'll bring back what we had before" I said as I pulled her in a tight hug

Yuri pulled away from the hug. She pulled away the strands of hair on my face and leaned closer and finally closing the gap. Yuri kissed me. It took me a while to sink in my mind of what was happening right now before I kissed back

I don't know what she's really feeling right now when she's kissing me. But I know what I feel. That I'm still inlove with this girl

End of flashback

I wiped my tears before I went outside the office. I headed towards the lakeside where we kissed and sat on the bench. I don't know what to do, and the picture of Yoona and Yuri happy together like what I saw last night began hunting my mind that it's sending daggers in my heart

what should I do now?

Taeyeon entered Sunny's room and was shocked to see Tiffany chatting with Seohyun

"what is she doing here?" Taeyeon asks coldly

"she's my friend" Seohyun said frowning on Taeyeon's tone. Taeyeon only nodded her head and headed beside Sunny's bed. She held her girlfriend's hand as she caressed her cheeks

Tiffany could only watch Taeyeon as she caressed Sunny's cheeks. She could feel her eyes getting watery that she headed out of the room.

Seohyun stood up and followed Tiffany. She saw Tiffany at the hospital garden sitting on the bench crying. She sat beside her and wrapped her arms around the crying girl

"it's okay....just let it all out" Seohyun whispered as she rubbed her hands behind the girl's back. Tiffany continued to cry on Seohyun's shoulder until she fell asleep

"Taeyeon-ah...." Sunny whispered causing Taeyeon to looked up at her.

"yeah? I'm here...is there something you need?" Taeyeon asks

"Tae...I...promise me....something..." Sunny said breathing heavily

"what is it? Anything! I'll promise you anything" Taeyeon said holding tightly on Sunny's hand

"promise me....that....you'll be happy....when I'm gone.....please promise me" Sunny whispered unable to breathe normally. She could now feel that in any minute she has to rest. That she has to leave everyone. Including Taeyeon

"w-what are you s-saying? Yah! You can't die yet! You have to live! Yah! Lee Sunny! Don't leave me, please" Taeyeon said. She could feel her eyes getting watery

"I-I'm....sorry....I....need...t-to g-go now.....I-I L-love you, Taeng....always....remember....that.....goodbye" With one last breath, Sunny's eyes began to slowly close

"no! no! no! no! Sunny! WAKE UP!!! SUNNY-AH!! WAKE UP!!! PLEASE!!! please....wake up...." Taeyeon yelled as she shook Sunny's body. Her tears began to run non-stop on her cheeks that she fell on the floor as her hand slowly let go of Sunny's hand

She grabbed her phone from her pocket and dialed Seohyun's number

"hello?" Seohyun's voice echoed over the phone

"S-Seo...S-Sunny....d-dead..." Taeyeon said in between cries

"what!? arasso! We'll go there!" Seohyun said as she hang up

The door opened and Tiffany, Seohyun, and Heechul came into view. They saw that Sunny's heart monitor was already in a straight line. They noticed Taeyeon sitting on the floor crying

Seohyun went to her and hugged her. She rubbed her hand behind the girl's back. Taeyeon let go of the hug and ran outside. Seo gave Tiffany a look saying to follow Taeyeon which Tiffany quickly obeyed

Once Tiffany was outside the hospital, she saw that it was raining really hard making her worry about Taeyeon. She saw Taeyeon's shadow heading towards the park near the hospital

"ahjussi, can I borrow one of this umbrellas? I promise to give it back" Tiffany said to the guard. The guard nodded and Tiffany gratefully accepted the umbrella and run towards Taeyeon's direction

She saw Taeyeon kneeling on the ground while the heavy rain is pouring down on her. She quietly approached Taeyeon and held the umbrella above Taeyeon

Taeyeon looked up and saw Tiffany holding the umbrella. She stood up and looked at Tiffany while tears were still running down her cheeks

"why are you here? Leave me alone. I want to be alone" Taeyeon said coldly

"I can't. I can't leave you alone" Tiffany said quietly as she dropped the umbrella and hugged Taeyeon tightly

Taeyeon buried her face on Tiffany's neck as she continued crying. Tiffany's heart was breaking into pieces as she heard Taeyeon's cries. 

Taeyeon cried until she fell asleep that Tiffany has to call Seohyun to fetch them. Seohyun sent them to Taeyeon's house and helped Tiffany carry her to her room

After Tiffany redressed Taeyeon's wet clothes to newly dry ones, she sat beside the girl and gently caressed Taeyeon's cheeks

"I'll be here....for you. I promise. I won't leave your side, Tae. No matter how many times you'll push me away, I won't leave. And that's a promise. I'll make you happy again" Tiffany whispered. She leaned down as she kissed Taeyeon in the forehead

She stood and went outside and headed to the living room to sleep on the couch
