It has been a week since Sunny was confined in the hospital which means she only has 3 weeks left. Taeyeon still believes that Sunny will live.

"Tae, why don't you go home and rest? You've been here for a week now. You need your rest. Look at you. You've been lacking enough sleep" Sunny said concernedly

"But, Sunny-ah, I have to be with you. I'm your girlfriend, remember? It's my job to take care of you" Taeyeon said reasoning

"I know that, Taeng. I really appreciate how much you care for me. But still, you're health is important for me too" Sunny said 

"but..."

"no buts, Kim Taeyeon! Go home and rest. You need it badly" Sunny said firmly

"arasso! I'll come back tonight" Taeyeon said as she walked over beside her girlfriend

"come back tomorrow! You need a good rest for the whole day" Sunny said

"fine! Are you sure you'll be okay? what if something happens to you? And nobody is in here with you?" Taeyeon asks worriedly as she held Sunny's hand

Sunny let go of Taeyeon's hand and caressed her girlfriend's cheeks and said, "I'll be fine. I promise" 

"alright" Taeyeon nodded her head. She leaned in and captured Sunny's lips. They kissed for a while before Taeyeon left. When the door had closed, Sunny closed her eyes as she let the tears roll down her cheeks

"Hi, Yuri" Jessica smiled as she stepped out of her house. She and Yuri are going out for the movies. Jessica was wearing a stunning blue dress. Normally, Yuri's eyes would amost popped out seeing Jessica stunning and beautiful. But today was different. Very different

"Hi, Jess. So, let's go?" Yuri asks. Jessica nods her head and they headed towards Yuri's car. During those times when they were still together, Yuri would open the passenger's seat for Jessica and she would hand her some flowers. But, again, this time was different

Jessica felt her heart break when Yuri didn't do the usual things she would do to her when they used to be a couple but still she kept it to herself

"I already bought the tickets for the movie and the show will start in 2 hours so it's still early. What do you want to do?" Yuri asks not taking her eyes off the road

"let's go to the park. I miss going there" Jessica said. Yuri nods her head and headed to the park

Once they arrived at the park, Yuri parked her car and they got out of the car. They walked around the park. The atmosphere around them was awkward

"oh, Sooyoung is here! And is that Yoona-ssi?" Jessica said as she pointed towards two people who were walking together

Sooyoung and Yoona stopped in their tracks when they saw Jessica and Yuri. But they didn't stay long and went on in their way

Just like in the movies, when Yoona and Yuri passed by each other, time seemed to stop and the people around, especially Sooyoung and Jessica, paused

And they knew that they're both still missing each other.

"you okay?" Sooyoung asks worriedly

"yeah" Yoona said. Sooyoung nods her head and they both continue walking. Yoona looked back and saw that Yuri was also looking back at her so she quickly turned her head away

"hey, you're Tiffany, right?" Heechul asks as he went near her

"yes. And you are?" Tiffany raised her eyebrows

"Kim Heechul. I'm the owner of this cafe. Can I take a seat?" Heechul asks. Tiffany nods her head and Heechul sat down across her

"so, how did you know my name?" Tiffany asks wondering how the cafe's manager would know her name

"let's say I know some people. Anyways, you're Kim Taeyeon's ex-girlfriend, right?" Heechul asks

"yes. How did you know?"

"Because she and Sunny, my waitress, are in a relationship"

"so what are you trying to say? To stay away from Taeyeon?"

"no. But before we get to that, tell me how did you and Taeyeon broke up?"

"why do you want to know?" Tiffany asks coldly

"Because I need to know. Now tell me how"

Tiffany sighed and began to tell her the story

2 years ago..........

"Hey, baby!" Taeyeon greeted. She was about to peck her in the lips when Tiffany jerked her head to the side

"what's wrong, Fany?" Taeyeon asks curiously

"Taeyeon-ah....let's break up" Tiffany said directly

"w-what!? w-why? did i do something wrong? If i did then I'm sorry!" Taeyeon said who was in verge of crying

"you didn't do anything wrong. Taeyeon, my dad had arranged me to marry the son of his business partner in America. I'll go there in 3 days. So I think it's better if we break up now" Tiffany said as she stood up and left Taeyeon.

And just like in every drama, rain started to pour and Taeyeon is frozen in her spot as tears were rolling down her eyes

-end of flashback-

"So, did the marriage continue?" Heechul asks when Tiffany was done telling her story

"no. When my dad learned that his business partner only wants me to marry his son so he could get the money in our company, he was furious and decided to broke off the engagement" Tiffany said

"But, were you happy there?" Heechul asks

"I was. With Jessica. I met her during one of her fashion show (Tiffany's family is the owner of the biggest Fashion Company in America so that's how she and Jessica knew each other). But still, I kept on thinking about Taeyeon" 

"alright! Now that's enough information! Come with me, we're going to see Taeyeon's girlfriend" Heechul said as he stood up from his chair

"what!? Wouldn't that be awkward?" Tiffany asks wondering why she have to see Sunny

"nope! Since Sunny requested it. She has something to say to you! Jinwoon, you're in charge of the cafe for a while!" Heechul called out to his cousin

"yes, boss!" Jinwoon said as he raised his thumb up

They both headed to the Hospital. When they arrive there, they went straightly to Sunny's room. Tiffany was shocked to see Sunny in bed with the hospital wires around her

"Sunny has Leukemia. That's why she wants to talk to you since she only has few weeks left. Go to her. Seohyun, let's wait outside" Heechul said to Seohyun who was currently taking care of Sunny

They both headed outside and Tiffany awkwardly went towards Sunny

"Don't be awkward around me" Sunny said as she noticed Tiffany walking towards her in an awkward manner

"well, you're Taeyeon's current girlfriend, and I'm her ex-girlfriend so, yeah, I'll really feel awkward" Tiffany said

"well not for long. Heechul oppa said I only have a few weeks, right? Do you still love Taeyeon?" Sunny asks

"yes"

"Then do me a favor"

"sure. What is it?"

"When I'm gone, will you be there for her to wipe her tears away? Because I couldn't do that anymore" Sunny said

"But, she'll push me away. She's really angry at me. I don't think she would ever love me back"

"That's the whole point of my favor. You love her alot, right? So be with her. Make her happy. Even if she's pushing you away, don't give up. Promise me you'll do that"

"I promise" Tiffany said and smiled. Sunny smiled back
