The year is 2033, and Lana Wu has never before dreamed of traveling through time.
After all, time travel is a thing of the future, something one really only sees in sci-fi movies.
Until today, she's lived a dull existence as the average daughter of a famous English teacher and a children's book author,
but all of that is about to change when she's kidnapped by a time-traveling madman named Do Kyungsoo.
Traveling through time may sound fun, but sometimes things can get a little bit awkward,
especially when the only means of living and transportation is a cramped, antique school-bus-turned-time-machine.
To make matters even messier, while playing around in time, Lana inadvertantly causes her parents to never marry,
consequently creating a brand-new future in which she was never even born.
With Kyungsoo's help, she must put the pieces of the past back together to rebuild the future.

Foreword
Hello, it's kpoppunks back with another fanfic. ^^ I've been planning this story for a month or two now with much help from my good friend/royal adviser. Driving Through Time with Boys takes place from Lana's perspective, but there will still be many, many scenes featuring her well-loved, quirky parents, Kris and Yunee, both as full-fledged grown-ups and as young adults falling in love for the very first time. :'( It's a heartwarming tale etc. etc. Just read it and find out! Principal Cast
Lana Wu, age 17.
Lana is a high school senior who lives a boring, predictable life despite her odd upbringing.
Do Kyungsoo, age unknown.
At first glance, Kyungsoo appears to be little more than an insane, wacky time traveler with a knack for getting into trouble.
Yunee Wu, age 37 (modern) and 17-23 (past).
Lana's mother. She write children's books for a living.
Kris Wu, age 45 (modern) and 25-30 (past).
Lana's father. He's an English teacher, but he still holds a certain degree of fame due to an unusual job he had when he was younger.
Supporting Cast
Sam Wu, age 15.
Lana's younger brother. He's closer to his mother than to his father and takes after her in some ways.
Byun Baekhyun and Chanyeol, ages 37 and 43.
Baekhyun is Yunee's inseparable best friend, so Lana was around the Byuns quite a lot growing up. They're Lana's favorite uncles.
Kevin and Marina Li, ages 40 and 50.
Kevin is Lana's sole "biological" uncle, a comedian married to Kris's best friend. Who knows why his last name differs from Kris's?
Oh Sehun and Tiffany, ages 37 and 39.
Sehun was one of Yunee's best friends in high school, so she adopted him as an uncle for her children.
EXO: Chen, Kai, Lay, Luhan, Suho, Tao, Xiumin, ages vary.
The faculty at Lana's high school. They're the same teachers and staff that taught when Lana's mother attended the school.
