Everyone is excited to meet Park Shin Yeong’s parents, most specially Myungsoo who has a plan.

He calls Sungyeol to team up with him regarding his plans.

“This is it!” Myungsoo cheered himself and drove to Shin’s place. Everyone is already in the living room when he came. He greeted everyone.

The group has playful times that afternoon. Some enjoy jamming while singing and playing guitar, some are playing video games but definitely some are doing trips and joking around. Sungyeol and Yumi get along to each others and they really talk a lot now while Shin is on Myungsoo’s side.

Myungsoo was silent that time because he was thinking how he will pursue his plan. He was thinking how he will start it off.

“Yumi, can you go to the convenient store and buy some chips for the midnight snacks later, you can buy some other things also that the group will need.” Shin’s Mom commanded.

“Hi Ms. Park!” Everyone greeted and pause for what they are doing.

“Unnie, maybe I can do what you ask Yumi to do so.” Sungyeol presented and then winked to Myungsoo secretly. For Myungsoo it is a signal that he was starting their plan.

“Is it alright with you Sungyeol right?” Mrs. Park makes herself clear since she’s not yet familiar with the others

“Yeah Unnie” Yeollie smiled and went to Shin “Can you come with me?” He asks Shin,

“I need to talk to you about Yumi.” He whispers and added. It was really his plan to pull away Shin from noticing that Myungsoo will talk to her parents.

“Oh, I think I also need to accompany you.” Shin stood up and drags Sungyeol outside.

Myungsoo saw Mrs. Park going back to the kitchen so he follows her.

“Hi Mrs. Park.” He bowed; they are already in the kitchen that time

“Hi Mr. Park.” He bowed again; it was a perfect timing because Shin’s dad had just went to the kitchen also.

“Hello also, do you need anything?” Mrs. Park ask

“Hmmm, I don’t need anything Mrs. Park, I just wanted to talk to you and also to Mr. Park.” He started

“What was it all about?” Mr. Park starts to wonder

“First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I’m Kim Myung Soo” He bowed again

“Oh so you’re the one to inherit of the KMS company? Don’t you know that I and your mom are friends when we are high school?” Mrs. Park tells him

“What a co-incidence? I’ll tell mom.” He smiled; he’s much comfortable now since he knew that their moms are friends.

“Regards me to your mom, anyway my full name is Park Yeon Ji maybe she can recall me if you are going to tell her that.” She seems like interested to meet your mom again. You nodded

“Too much for that, so what do you want to talk about?” Mr. Park started

“Hmmmm, it was about Shin Yeong. I want to make everything formal so I’m here to ask your permission if I can court her.” Myungsoo is really now with confidence “I’d liked her for years but I only get this opportunity to show her, and I know now that I’m really in love with your daughter.” He explains

“Did she already know about it?” Mrs. Park questioned

“I told her already about my feelings, but she rejected me. Maybe I just make my first move wrong, that’s why I’m doing it in a formal way now.” He defended

“There’s nothing wrong with that, as long as you won’t hurt my daughter. And I want everything to be settled in a proper manner.” Mr. Park was surely a great man

“Same with me, I just wanted you to take note that if ever you’re asking her to go on a date or somewhere else you also need to ask permission from us and I would also love to see you more often here in our house.” She smiled at Myungsoo.

“Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Park, I will surely never break the trust that you gave me.” He jumped in happiness.

“Is that all you want to talk about for?” Mrs. Park ask

“Hmmm, I just wanted to let you know that I’m not rushing things but I just wanted to be assuring since I’ll be leaving for two weeks this Monday.” He felt sad for thinking that he will also leave Shin

“Don’t worry too much about her, I am on your side” Mrs. Park assures Myungsoo

“Thank you Mrs. Park, is there anything I can help?” He ask if he can help her cooking

“You don’t need to, don’t impress us too much.” Mr. Park joke at him

“N-n-no sir, I just wanted to have more talks with you.” He feels embarrassed.

“Sure, if you insisted.” Mrs. Park agree

Myungsoo felt really well especially when he feels that everything will went right now, you in his family and him to yours.

Your POV

You and Sungyeol went to the convenient store. While walking…

“I thought we’re going to talk about Yumi? You liked her right?” You started the conversation

“What? I said we’re going to talk about Myungsoo.” He defended

“Huh? What about him?” You ask

“I know, you’re falling for him right now. It was obvious little girl” He poke your head

“You really had a strong instinct oppa.” You look down

“So does it mean yes?” Sungyeol clear himself and you just nodded at him

“Psshhh. I knew it. So what is your plan right now? Are you going to say yes to him already?” He inquire

“No, not right now. Maybe at the right time. You know what oppa, I’m still scared to. What if he took advantage of it when he knew it?” You wonder

“I knew him for a long time, I’m his best friend remember?” He confirmed “But that wouldn’t mean that I will tell it to him. I also wanted to protect my little girl. But I’m telling you, he’s really serious in everything about you. He might just sound childish, immature, too forward and etc. but that is because, he’d never been in love. He never courted a girl and never into serious as like now.” He explains “Trust my words Shin.”

“But that wouldn’t escape the fact that I really wanted to know if my feelings are true form him or am I just infatuated.” You watched over

“So what are you trying to say?” He questioned

“I’ll be making distance from him, just for a short period. Maybe I would know if I’m really into him if we keep spaces between us as for now.” You felt bad for your decision but you think that it’s alright because it is for the sake of your feelings to.

“I really want to object with your decision, but I’ll just respect it, knowing him, he won’t just give up that easily. He can really turn the situation, believe me. But I just wanted you to know that whenever you’re going to make decisions don’t hesitate to seek for advice from me.” He put curl his arms on your neck

“Off course I will! Hey, you changed the topic! What about Yumi? Do you like her?” you winked at him

“What are you talking about? I just found her pretty and that’s all.” He defended

“Go lie to yourself!” You yelled at him

You and Sungyeol had just arrived to the convenience store. It took you so long because you planned to walk with him for the both of to be able to talk. You went back to your house and go to the kitchen to give to your mom the groceries.

“Hey, what are you doing here?” You yelled at Myungsoo. You think that he impresses your parent that’s why he’s helping in the kitchen.

“Don’t yell at him, I ask him if he can help me in cooking that’s why he’s here.” Your mom defended him

“But how do you know him Mom?” You confusingly ask

“They just have a few talks about you.” Your dad insisted, but for sure he’s just trying to trick you.

“WAAAH! What about me?” You shouted

“Myungsoo just wanted to us guidance from us because he told us that he wants to marry you.” Your mom is really embarrassing you and obviously Myung is laughing at you

“WHAAAAT?!” You panicked

“Calm down, we’re just kidding around.” Your dad and mom together with Myungsoo laugh at you. You really felt embarrassed now.

“I HATE YOU GUYS! Especially you Kim Myung Soo!” You pointed at him and went back to the living room.
