The elevator sped rapidly up the glass building with a nervous boy standing in it.

2 seconds...

1 second...

Half a second.

"Huff..."

The elevator doors opened.

Destination reached. One thousandth floor.

He walked out and into a busy corridor with other agents wearing office clothes, lab coats, and metal suits, buzzing busily like a herd of bees.

"Ah, there you are." A voice said.

The boy looked up at the owner of the intimidating voice. The man smiled. "Follow me."

He led him to a large portal in the very middle of the level, separate from the rest of the one thousandth floor using bridges. You could see down hundreds of levels. The aqua blue lights glowed above them all.

"I have a mission for you."

"A... A mission?" He lit up a bit. He was never given a quest.

"Yes. I need you to go back in time." The man opened the portal and immediately, bright white lights shone onto the boy's eyes, making him block the rays with his hands as he squinted.

"It's very important, and I'm sending you on this mission to prove your worthiness."

He stepped into the portal and the man closed it.

"Wait, sir, what's the mission?" He asked.

The man smiled at him.

"Good luck...

Cheolyong."

And with that, the portal flashed, making him close his eyes before he could see anything else.
