Kris wakes up from the rays of sun light streaming into his bedroom through the curtains. He rubs his eyes and yawns then stretches all the while still lying in bed. He sniffles and smells the smell of food coming from under his bedroom's door. Kris smiles, hops out of bed and slips on his house slippers then makes his way down stairs to the kitchen. He leans against the wall and watches as the love his life walks around the kitchen preparing breakfast for the both of them. He looks down at the cement before quietly making his way up to her. With her back facing him, Kris quickly snakes his arms around her petite waist and causes her to jump from being surprised. She spins around and smiles once she sees her lover standing behind her, smiling.

"Morning," She greets Kris and leans up for a kiss, "Mmm...morning breath," she chuckles against his lips.

"Sorry," Kris apologizes, "I smelled the food and had to get down here as soon as possible, I can't miss the chance of seeing you in an apron."

She laughs at his cheesyness, " You see me in apron at night time though."

"Yeah~," Kris says and leans his forehead against hers, "But...it's different."

She up an eyebrow, "How is it different?"

Kris shrugs, "It just is, and quit asking so much question Yuri," he tells Yuri and pinches her small nose. Yuri laughs and pushes him away from her, "Brush your teeth, breakfast should be ready by then."

Kris nods but leans in again, "One more kiss," he pleads while pointing to his lips. Yuri chuckles and shakes her head, "Sometimes I wonder if you're really your age," she says and leans in for another kiss, "Okay now go get freshen up," Yuri pushes Kris out from the kitchen. Once Kris disppeared up stairs, Yuri her heels and went back to the kitchen to finish preparing breakfast. Yuri picks up the spoon and was just about to stir the bowl of food in front of her when her phone rings in her apron's pocket. 

"Aish, who's calling me?" Yuri places the spoon back down and fetches for her phone in her pocket, "Hello?"

"Yuri~," a sweet lady voice calls for her, "How's my girl doing?"

Yuri smiles hearing the familiar voice, "Good," she answers.

"Perfect. I have a mission for you today and I'll need to meet up with you."

Yuri spins around so her back was leaning against the counter, "Usual place?"

"Sounds good to me."

"2pm."

"Perfect, meet you then my dear," and with that the lady hangs up.

Yuri stuffs her phone back into the apron's pocket and continues with her breakfast.

2pm....

"Here's the man," The lady in front of Yuri hands her a manila folder, "We got a request from one of his close relatives who wants him dead."

Yuri takes the manila folder from the table, "How much is he willing to pay for this person's head?"

"50 million won," she answers.

"When does he want this person dead?"

"In a month, two month is the max."

Yuri smirks and gets up from the table, "Tell him the request has been accepted, please bring the money once you hear good news from me."

The lady leans back into her seat, places her slender fingers under her chin and smirks, "Will do."

Yuri bows to the lady and walks out from the cafe, making her way back home.

Later that night...

"You won't be coming until 12?" Yuri says over the phone with Kris.

"Yeah sorry babe, I thought I was going to get to come home early today but some dumb company requested a last minute meeting with us. I'm so sorry," Kris apologizes.

Yuri chuckles and uses her shoulder to hold the phone against her ears. She reaches over the desk for the manila folder, "That's okay," she tells him.

Kris lets out a breath of relief, "Thank you so much for understanding."

Yuri chuckles and grabs the phone with her right hand, "So, you want me to stay up and wait for you then?"

"If you would like, but I prefer you to sleep instead. I want to come home to see you sleeping like sleeping beauty," Kris jokes.

Yuri gives out another chuckle and flips the manila folder open to read the target's name....

'Li Chung'

Yuri's heart stops for a milisecond. She looks over to the side and examines the photo...

"Babe?" Yuri calls out dryly.

"Yeah?" Kris answers.

"Tell me...what's your father's name again?"

"Li Chung," Kris answers, "Why?"

Yuri tries to swallow the dryness in , "Why?" Kris asks again.

"N...nothing," Yuri lies and stands up from her chair, "I'm a bit tired so I'm heading to bed, when you come home dinner is in the fridge okay?" Yuri quickly tells Kris and hangs up, refusing to hear what he has to say. Yuri looks back down at the profile in front of her and falls back in her chair...stunned.
