Reposted cuz it got deleted and not restored (*annoyed*). *headdesks violently* WTF AFF pls to not be randomly doing this to me... story is back, sorry for my dumb blondeness. (yes I am blonde...)

Inspired by the song Ocean Gypsy by the 70s progressive rock group Renaissance and there's a video of them performing it on YT if anyone's interested. I really recommend it; it's very haunting, particularly the last verse, which this story heavily relies on.

you like fantasy, I see.
Heavy on the angst, light on the sugar-very light. I'm not a fan of the romeo&juliet ending but I can see how it works into this plot
