Fragmented Memories
"Be Ready Victoria Song" Yoona said with a pissed voice.
(Then the bell chimes. Means class is starting.)
"Yoona please translate this sentence into english." the teacher said.
"ahh...ok....I'll try my best."she said
" Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion."she answered it correctly..
"There goes the Top 1 of our class."the teacher said.
"How about our new transferee Victoria. Since your a new student maybe I should challenge you how about translating this paragraph into english."the teacher said.
"She wouldn't be able to do it teacher. It's to hard for her."Yoona said.
"Because of you Yoona she will read the whole poem. If you can't do it Victoria, blame it on her later."the teacher said with a smiling face.
"Even more impossible" Yoona thought to herself.
"The old woman sits
She sits and waits
Her face like the lines of the tree stump
By the lake
Her hair white clouds
She always remembers the familiar groove
She places her hand in the indention
It fits
She sits
She waits
She rocks
Remembering that dinner is always at six
That on Sunday the white church van and Preacher would come
Why could she not remember her childhood things?
Her Mother’s face, Her Father’s drink, Her Sister’s hair
The color of her family home,
The smell of her late Husband’s cologne
She sits
She rocks
She waits…….Alone" victoria translated it.
(Everyone is surprised. Especially Yoona, she couldn't even translate something as long as that.)
"Well done Ms. Song."the teacher said.
"Nothing Changed Victoria."jooyeon and nichkhun said in chorus.
(Time passed it was already lunch time. Nichkhun Invited Victoria and Jooyeon to lunch.)
"Let's eat together like the old days."nichkhun said.
"Old days?"victoria asked.
"Yeah old days."jooyeon replied.
(They were ordering for food. And finally finished.)
"Now the problem is where to find a table. It's kind of full in here."jooyeon said.
"Let's eat in the garden." Nichkhun suggested.
"well....ok"victoria answered.
(They finally arrived in the school garden, they prayed, and finally started eating.)
"Nichkhun the thing you said.......nothing changed. What's the thing that didn't change?" Victoria asked.
"Your still smart as always."
"I'm not smart, I was never smart."
"What's wrong with you girl"Jooyeon answered.
"You were really smart before, you always have the highest grade in the whole school. Who wouldn't say your not smart."Jooyeon said.
(Well time passed and school is already starting...
......................................................................Finally school finally stopped.)
"Goodbye Nichkhun and Jooyeon. See you tomorrow" she told them.
(In Yoona's case she came outside going home and trying to get on her car.)
"It's gonna start soon."Yoona said to herself. Then laughs like an evil witch.
