Park Aerin is an aspiring cook who specializes in cupcakes. She works at 'Ryu's Cupcake Cafe', where they deliever cupcakes and other treats to peoples homes. Aerin delievers cupcakes to the home of Byun Baekhyun, a loud, obnoxious 'lady killer' who claims not to fall in love at all. It was only a 5 minute meeting, and Baekhyun was feeling butterflies. He had to find out more about her. But, before he could ask, She was gone. But, she left behind her kawaii cupcake keychain. Baekhyun's kept this with him, in hopes that he find Aerin and confess to her. Well, What happens when Aerin transfers to Baekhyun's school and Baekhyun's current girlfriend, Krystal Jung, realizes the attraction that Baekhyun shows to her?

Park Aerin - - Park Aerin is a walking happy virus. As claimed by her best friend, she's 'one of a kind'. Her likes include cooking, drawing, singing and eating. She was born in Daegu and raised there but transferred to Seoul Arts High School. She was born with a single mother, who passed away when Aerin had first gotten her job at 'Ryu's Cupcake Cafe'. She's a moody kind of girl and often feels left out of things. She's clingy, needy and her first instinct is caring for someone. She has a special love for cupcakes, aswell.

Byun Baekhyun - - Byun Baekhyun is the kingka of Seoul Arts High School. He comes off as a hopeless romantic-like guy, but, can be the exact opposite. He's very popular at school and a lot of the girls there spread rumors about him. Like, That his family's so rich that they bought the whole Busan land, That he once has 6 girlfriends, but it's all lies. Baekhyun isn't really rich, In fact, his family is quite average. He's just a lucky guy. His parents are barely home, their always working. Deep down inside, there is a Baekhyun who cares. But, It doesn't come out for everyone. He doesn't think he'll fall in love.

 Jung Soojung (Krystal Jung) - - Krystal is the queenka of Seoul Arts School and Baekhyun's girlfriend. Her, on the other hand, Is very much rich. Her family is connected with SM Entertainment, a entertainment agency. She's a developing idol, and doesn't much like change. In the school, Everything is supposed to be a certain way. If it isn't, Krystal takes it as her territory being 'disruppted'. Upon first meeting, She treats you nicely, like a sweet girl. But, as soon as you get on her bad side, bad things happen. Very bad things end up happening.

Park Chanyeol -- Baekhyun's best friend, who doesn't much trust Krystal at all. He comes to know Aerin as a friend later on in the story.

Kwon Yuri -- Aerin's first friend at Seoul Arts High. She teached Aerin about the school, and can be very 'kkab' at times. She's involved in many after school activities including cheerleading, student council, and glee club.

Park Jungsu -- Also known as 'Leeteuk'. He's the manager of 'Ryu's Cupcake Cafe' and usually helps Aerin out with her problems. He also lets her stay in his apartment on occasion, if she's feeling really down.
