“Oppa!!!” she calls out to me while flailing her arms like a kid from across the road

I smirked at the sight of her. The innocent smile of hers still remains, smiling for me. I crossed the road to meet her at the other end of the Han River.

“Oppa, oppa Jong in oppa. Pali! Paliyo!!!” she half screamed at me while grabbing my hand the moment I reached her.

After a while, we reached a coffee shop with her pulling me like a kid who just saw candy.

“Yah! Are you trying to ruin my cool image by making me look like a child’s chaperone” I jokingly told her after we took our orders and got seated on a table.

“hehe, mian oppa I just missed you.” She says while sticking her tongue out in a playful manner “Also, it had been a long time since we last saw each other.” She continued while still smiling at me.

“Anyway, why did you call me saying you have something very urgent to tell me?” I asked

“Oppa you do know that you are a very important and special person to me, right?” she told me with her eyes twinkling while she unknowingly made my heart beat faster.

“ofcouse I know that I’m Kim Jong in all the women loves me. So, sorry kiddo but you still have a long way to go before you can become my girlfriend” I

“Silly oppa that’s not what I meant” she laughed “But you are special to me oppa that’s why I want you to be the first one to know”

“Know what?” I inquired after picking up my coffee that just arrived

“Oppa, I’m getting married” she told me with the brightest smile plastered on her face

I nearly choked on the coffee I was drinking.

“YOU’RE WHAT!?” I suddenly exclaimed with my eyes almost bulging out from my sockets

“I’m getting married” she answers eyes shining with happiness

“You? Getting married? Who would marry a child like you?” I with the hope that what she just said was completely a joke.

“Bwoh! I’m not a child you know and yes I really am getting married” she retorted while sliding a fancy white envelope in my direction

After those moments I knew I’ve lost. I knew that I won’t have a chance with her and I knew that she would really leave me without even knowing how much she means to me.
