It's been 2 weeks since Hee Rin's death.

Taemin didn't find out yet.

Min Hyo and Minho didn't go to school.

Yuri and Jiyong haven't been sleeping well.

Today is the day of Hee Rin's burial.

The day they could all say goodbye.

 

Min Hyo's POV

While I was going to change to my Black blouse and Black jeans, I saw the necklace Hee Rin gave me.

It had one side of a heart. Hee Rin has her own, it has the other side of the heart.

So, I wore it, and brought Hee Rin's to the burial.

Minho's POV

"TAEMIN-AH! START CHANGING!"

"WAEYO?"

"TODAY IS HEE RIN'S BURIAL!"

"WHAT? HEE RIN'S BURIAL? WHAT FOR?"

"FOR BURYING, OF COURSE!"

"Hyung.. You mean.. She--"

"Ne."

From what I remember, today, the man said we could do our speech today..

When we finally got there, Min Hyo was talking about Hee Rin.

"Hee Rin was a loyal cousin. She never hurt me. I have been cruel to her sometimes, but she was NEVER cruel to me. We treated each other like sisters. I loved her like an older sister would love her dongsaeng. While I was undergoing harsh depression, she was ALWAYS there for me, cheering me up. Honestly, IT WAS DAMN STUPID OF HER TO HIT THE MAN. EVEN IF IT WAS FOR MY FREAKIN' SAFETY. I would be happier if I was the one killed."

After all the speeches were done, it was time for the burying.

While Hee Rin's coffin was being lowered down to the ground, Min Hyo was crying. Ah, Mianhe Min Hyo.. I can't do anything about it anymore..

Mianhe Taemin.. I don't know when to tell you that..

I love Min Hyo..

Taemin's POV

No matter how much I want to apologize.. I just couldn't.

I'm just confused.

WHY ISN'T HYUNG GOING TO SCHOOL?

WHY ISN'T HYUNG IN THE DORM EVERYTIME I GET HOME?

HOW DID HEE RIN DIE?

xD It's sweet of Minho to take back what he said and appreciate what Minhyo tries to make for him. In this case, it's definitely the heart that counts. Like you said, the basketball match turns out to be a good one with Minho's team getting the upperhand. Though, he did get attacked. Luckily it wasn't anything really serious that rendered him uncapable of playing throughout the whole match. From the looks of it, there's no doubt that his side defeated the other team. Minho's bound to come out as a winner with his competitive fighting spirit on the court. Kudos to Minhyo and Minho for stepping in to defend each other's honors. It's correct to say that she "treats" his wounds rather than "cures" them. She is doing a good job taking care of him. I don't find the ending weird. It is sweet and romantic. :) A kiss is a great way to end a love story. It leaves the viewers with that warm fluttery feeling from witnessing a romance. Nice close captioning with the fanfic's title. Inserting it in the end makes this fic a memorable one. It's a happy ending for the Minho-Minhyo pair (the last time I'll be referring to this couple). Together forever and never apart. ^^ Hopefully the readers who come by to read this fic will enjoy it (if they stick around to read the whole story). <3

xD Minho's reaction must've been priceless when he saw what she came out wearing. Being the second fashionable member of SHINee (after Key), he's bound to have good taste in clothes. He should've thought about that beforehand and choose a shirt that's not form-fitting. Though, he decided to choose something that he thought would look good on her. Haha...Chicken pair. Minhyo and Minho seem to be alike in gaming. Both have competitive spirits. That's some good fun between them.<br />
