He picks up his walking pace when Chanyeol calls out for him, linking his arms with Suho and leans his head on the other’s shoulder when he doesn’t object.

I do not take credit for any of the plot which was originally present, since I have changed a couple of scenes as well.
Both the novel and film was amazing. You need to watch/read it.
They are totally different things; the novel was written by Yasutaka Tsutsui while the film was written by Satoko Okudera and directed by Mamoru Hosoda.
