When Kyuhyun left his first love to pursue his dreams, he left his heart with her. After his dreams came true and he returned to Korea, he found out that she was getting married to a man; someone who'd sacrifice his dreams for her happiness, unlike him. As he recollected their past, he realized he could never let go of her. And, he regretted for giving her up for his dreams.
All he wanted was to turn back the time, back to the times when she had belonged to him. But he knew that was almost impossible. Suffering from depression, the famous celebrity was recuperating at a private hospital, where he met a beautiful volunteer and almost instantly, he was mesmerized and drawn towards her for everything about her seemed to remind him of his first love. As he struggled with his feelings, he realized nothing would ever change unless he let go of his past.
