PROLOGUE

“Going out tonight, Jae?” Yunho asks, sauntering into my bedroom with an open beer in his hand. He’s not even wearing a shirt, just a pair of loose sweatpants that are hanging dangerously low around his waist. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say he was purposely trying to distract me.

‘If only.’ I thought to myself.

“Yeah.. Key wants to go and have drinks.” I replied, turning my attention away from those godly biceps and back to my own reflection in the mirror. Yunho had taken it upon himself to sit on the bed, directly behind me.

“Ohh so is that what you’re calling it now? Drinks?” He asks with a smirk on his face, wiggling his eyes brows suggestively. I won’t lie, me and Key did have a bit of thing a few years back, but we’re just friends now. We never dated or anything, and Yunho knows that. Besides, Key has Jonghyun now. And I have.. A Yunho.

‘I wish.’

“Just drinks, you .” I said, throwing a balled up pair of socks in his direction; luckily for him they missed, but I could still see the stupid grin plastered all over his face.

“Sounds like fun.” He says, taking another drink of his beer. As if the teasing wasn’t enough, Yunho starts making a really bad attempt at beat-boxing - presumably trying to imitate the terrible techno music in every gay bar or club.

“You want to come?” I offer, turning around to face him. He stops bouncing around and pulls himself up, making his way to the door.

“Nahh, I think I’ll have a quiet one tonight. Maybe watch a movie.” He replies. Of course I wasn’t really expecting him to say yes; the places Key takes me aren’t really that great for straight guys, and Yunho knows that. Still, it was a little disappointing to get rejected.

“Sounds like fun!” I shout to him as he leaves and I could hear him giggle a little from in the hallway.

“Have a good time!” He shouts back. “Call me if you need a ride home..” - He peers his head around the doorframe, looking at me with a playful smirk. “..and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.” He says.

I roll my eyes a little at him and he walks away. Not long after that I hear the T.V. begin to blare and the sound of another bottle of beer opening.

I shake my head with a little chuckle.

“Jung ing Yunho.” I whisper to myself, low enough for only me to hear.

Hi everyone! Jjin here with another Yunjae story.

The inspiration for this came yesterday through a conversation with a close friend of mine, who reads my other stuff, and who suggested - not so subtly - that she'd like to see a story like this.

I'm going to do a bit of shameless advertising for my other fic now. I like it, so I'm hoping you'll like it too :P
