The hospital.
Where it all started: The HospitalI heard soft whisperings in my sleep. My eyes flicked open. It was dark. I could not see anything.
"But...but.. A girl?!"
" Why? Are you scared of girls, Junghwan?"
"No! I-"
" Where am I?" I muttered under my breath, next thing I knew, I was out again.
Sun beamed into my eyes. I opened them.
"Well, look who's awake! Soyeon, I'm Park Minwoo. You can call me Doctor Park." A man in his mid thirties said to me. Beside him on the bed sat a boy my age.
'Where am I? ' I thought. "Soyeon, you're in Seoul hospital. You fainted in your school due to stress. Junghwan, here, has the Same reason why youre here." Doctor Park smiled as if he could read my mind.
" H-how long would I stay here? " I asked Doctor Park. "oh, just for a few days. Now, if you'd excuse me. " he replied, and in less than a second he was out of the ward.
" I'm Sandeul." the guy who I assumed was my ward mate said to me. I could sense the sincerity in his tone of voice.
" wait, I thought you're Jungwhan? " I asked the bunny looking guy.
" my real name is Junghwan. I prefer Sandeul though. " He smiled, as if the name was worth a million dollars.
" Well Hello Sandeul, I'm Soyeon. " I smiled at him. " I know. " He chuckled. I like him, I thought, he's nice.
We talked and talked, until my throat was very dry. I told Sandeul I was going to buy a drink from the store downstairs and left the ward, in search for drink.
I scanned the shelves that contained sugary liquids. " I'm not looking for sweetened drinks though. " I said. People around me maybe thought I was insane, wearing a hospital's patient clothes and all that. But who cares? I grinned when I found what I was looking for from the beginning. A packet of fresh milk. I paid for the milk and walked happily to a nearby bench.
My head slammed into someone's chest. You could say I wasn't watching where I was going. I watched in horror as the milk from my opened packet spilled out of its home, splattering all over that someone's chest. Uh oh.
" I'm so so sorry! Let me buy you another packet of milk. " I heard a heavenly voice. I looked up to see a man that seemed a little older than I was.
" No I'm sorry! Your T-shirt is soaked! " I protested but lost. I got another packet of milk, and he didn't even allow me to pay him some money to get his shirt which i noticed wasn't the patients' clothes washed.
" Hey, I'm Lee Joon. " sigh, I could hear that heavenly voice all day!
" I'm Soyeon. " I smiled. We exchanged numbers and agreed to meet up again soon.
I trudged back to the ward which Sandeul and I shared.
" Hello Sandeul! " I greeted him.
"Woah? Someone's in a good mood. Hey,um Soyeon, can I have your number? "
I giggled. " sure!" and took out my hand phone.
I gave out my hand phone number to 2 people that day? That's not like me.
A few days later, Sandeul and I were discharged!! I sat alone, at the bus stop, waiting for the bus. My phone buzzed.
From: Sandeul oppa!

" Hello?" He answered.
" Lee Joon oppa! Why didn't you call me? " I asked.
" what's your surname?" he whispered.
" Erm.. Kim?" I replied.
" Oh!!! Soyeon ah!! Sorry! Discharged from the hospital already? " He asked.
" Yup!! " " wanna do something special tonight, Soyeon ah? " he asked me.
I grinned. "Sure oppa! Where do you want to go? "
" don't worry. I'll pick you up at 7? " I could almost see him smiling on the other side of the phone
. " okay! Bye oppa! " I hung up the phone.
It's a date!! I have a date with Lee Joon oppa! I squealed and decided to run home, skipping like a mad person. But who cares?
