The bright morning light piercing through the spaces between the trees hits your face directly. You scrunch your nose and shut your eyes tightly. You heave a deep sigh and cover your face from the direct light. You turn your head a little just to see Yongguk smiling at you.

“Stop.” you whine and push his face but he ends up laughing “Yah.” you groan “How long have you been up?” you cover your face

“About 5 minutes.” he replies and curls your hair

“And you stare at me the whole five minutes?” you mumbled

“Yep.” he answers

“Then stop staring! It’s uncomfortable for people to stare at your sleeping face especially when I look like this.” you got up in a sitting position

“Why? What’s wrong with your face?” he pokes your arm playfully

“It’s ugly.” you palm your face

“No it’s not, you’re still pretty.” he leans closer

“Eww, that’s so cheesy, stop being so cheesy in the middle of the morning.” you shove his chest

“Okay, that, wasn’t supposed to hurt.” Yongguk holds his chest

“It wasn’t that hard.” you shot him a look

“Huh, remind me again of who you are… Let me see, my girlfriend is the leader for the girl group gang.” he made a thinking face

“Stop that.” you muttered

“Stop what?” he innocently smile

“That.”

“What’s wrong girlfriend?” he raises a brow

“Bang Yongguk.” you made a look

“Okay okay, I won’t call you girlfriend.” he raises his hands up in surrender

After the kiss that he gave you, you guys ended up staring at each other’s faces and say nothing. After a while, Yongguk cleared his throat and told you that he had been liking you ever since you bumped into Himchan at the guys’ school and you haven’t been liking him that long but you did felt something.

It was quite sudden but you liked him, you like how he cares, how he handles thing nicely, and he’s not those pretty boys whose mostly jerks; he’s different and you liked it. Lying with him in the forest feels like both of you has been together for a long time but it didn’t matter somehow.
