She’s pretty, and seems nice enough, so I thought ‘yeah, hell, why not just throw her into the persona of a bish?’ hehee. Well, enjoy ^^ by the way, i usually like updating whole one-shots at a time, but i had this massive urge to update something X) so here i am! ^^ I hope you don't mind that i'll be breaking it down into approximately 3-4 parts X) hehe, anyways, enjoy! lots of love :D

Kyu-hyun POV.
It was all sort of fairytale…
The way she walked down the staircase with her hair falling perfectly around her shoulders, how her smile lit up the room and while yet all the lights dimmed around her.
All I saw was her…
That’s when I knew it; I was in major trouble. No going back now;
I was in love… With a perfect, beautiful, undescribable…
Melody Song.
My Melody Song.

A playful smile dancing on the edge of her lips, she walked over to me, white floor-length dress shimmering in the ballroom lights as we both met at the centre of the dance-floor.

Melody POV.
He wore an indescribable expression, one I had never seen him wear before.
Walking towards him, twisting my dress material nervously, averting my eyes to the floor to help calm my nerves.
“You look beautiful.” He smiled at me as I chuckled nervously.
“You do too.” I said quickly as Kyu-hyun shot me an odd look.
“I mean, you look… nice” I laughed as he nodded.

Putting his hand oh my cheek, I looked at him nervously.
Our eyes met, he leaned in,
And…

I think I should tell the beginning of the story, before I ruin the end :)
It all started a year ago,
A year ago when everything changed.

REWIND, A year earlier
Melody POV.

I shut my eyes tight, clasping my hands over my ears to shut out the shouting coming from next door; I really didn’t want to hear them shouting; talking… him and his girlfriend.
It hurt enough already.
Seeing him with her,
Seeing him hug her,
Seeing her love her…

Yeah, you bet you, it hurt.

Peeking quickly across to his window, I checked to see if he was okay.
No, still shouting at her through the phone.

Practically slapping myself, I wondered why I still even thought that this night would be different…
Wondered why I thought that he would say that he was stupid for going out with Choi Seol-ri, stupid for not realising I was right in front of him, stupid for causing me so much pain, and telling me that he loved me.

… ‘Wishful thinking’ I scoffed to myself, rolling my eyes and slid my top secret diary out of my top secret location which wasn’t really that top secret since everyone knew my top secret diary which was hidden in its top secret place was always kept under my pillow.
But secrecy aside,
I opened my brown vintage diary to the next available page and grabbing a random pen from the top of my bedside table, I began to scribble whatever was on my mind messily onto the blank page.

‘Dear Doodeedoodeedoo diary,
I would like to start this entry by saying that it growing up,
You get all these icky grown-up-lovey-dovey-feelings which half of
the time are unrequited. EW! You even use random long grown up
words like unrequited! What’s wrong with me!?
Side note: I have something to say…
Dear Tummy, I’m sorry for all the daily butterflies,
Dear pillow, I’m sorry for the repeating tears that drench you,
And to my heart, I’m sorry for all the heartbreak I’ve caused you…
Because maybe if I had just looked away that day,
That day when you came towards me,
Maybe if I had just walked away that day,
Maybe my heart wouldn’t be breaking right now…
AIGOOOOO! What am I doing, get over him Melody Song!
He is WAYYY out of your league girl!
Anyways, diary, it’s getting late. I should probably go to sleep now huh… :)

Slipping my diary carefully under my pillow and placing my pen on my bedside table, I turned off my bedside lamp and tucked myself underneath a sea of warm, comfy, white bed sheets;
Letting the sadness of heartbreak take over me, crying silently, I let the tears fall onto my pillow.
“I’m sorry for drenching you in my tears again…” I muttered into the darkness.
