You skipped out of the kitchen with a tray of freshly made sugar cookies, on a mission to find him. You see him sleeping in the living room, curled up on the couch, his face slightly pouting.

                “Ah, pabo,” you say to yourself while smiling.

Setting down the tray of cookies on the coffee table, you leaned down onto your knees and put your face close to his. You giggle and poke his nose.

                “Yesung oppa, it’s time to wake up~”

Yesung groaned softly, lazily swatting your hand away. He buried his face further into the pillow, causing you to giggle.

                “Oppa, it’s time to wake up.”

“Mut eye’m fired…”

                “I made you cookies though.”

His head quickly shot up and he sat up correctly, clawing at the air.

“Cookies!”

You couldn’t help but giggle and return the smile he wore as you stood and handed him the tray. He grabbed a cookie and ate it greedily, his face brightening up even more. You sat next to him with your legs crossed, grabbing a cookie and beginning to nom on it. You couldn’t help but smile, loving how adorable he was. Nobody else saw it but you, but you didn’t care.

“Why are you staring again, jagiya?”

                “Anniyo, I’m not staring. You’re imagining things again.”

He smiled and kissed you on the forehead. “Saranghae jagiya.”

You smiled back and blushed slightly, whispering softly. “Saranghae oppa.”

Cuddling up to him, you couldn’t help but have the question that ran through your mind everyday repeat itself. He noticed your body slump against his in a defeated way, and he wrapped his arm around you.

“Jagiya, what’s wrong?”

            “Well… I was just wondering, why did you pick me?”

“What do you mean?”

            “You picked me out of everybody in the world to be yours. Waeyo?”

“You understand me the most, you don’t judge and you don’t get mad at me for small reasons. You’re overprotective of me, but don’t get jealous when our fans act crazy and take their love to the extreme. You’re beautiful, amazing, and dedicated. Would you like me to continue?”

You felt yourself smile and shook your head.

            “Anniyo oppa,” you whisper, and then kiss his cheek. “Remember when you asked me to be your love?”

Yesung couldn’t help but smile. “Of course, like it was yesterday.”

You stood in the backstage wings, watching as Super Junior performed their songs once again. They had just finished the first part of the set and all had skipped off stage, passing you. Yesung stopped once he saw you, flashing a bright smile.

“You made it!”

            “Well of course Oppa! We’ve been best friends for ten years; of course I’m going to come to your shows.”

He chuckled and kissed your forehead as he always did, and walked away to say something to Eunhyuk. You watched as they spoke, Eunhyuk looking over to you at times and nodding while he spoke. It wasn’t until the start of the second part of the set when you found out what they were speaking of.

“Annyeonghaseyo!” Eunhyuk said, pulling Yesung to the front of the stage and the other members stood in the back. “Yesung hyung would like to call someone up to the stage, and ask a question.” He then walked away from Yesung and walked over to you, grabbing your hand and pulled you on stage. You were confused, but all was well again once you saw Yesung’s smile.

            “Yesung oppa…”

Yesung took a deep breath as he grabbed your hands, looking into your eyes.

“We’ve known each other for twelve years, best friends for ten. But feelings of mine have grown.”

            “O… oppa…”

“Shh… listen to Oppa, please.”

You simply nodded, your cheeks flushed and expression confused.

“Feelings of mine have grown for you. I… I have started to fall for you. Would you be my jagiya?”

The stadium went quiet as everybody waited for your answer. You stood frozen, looking into his eyes.

“You couldn’t speak. All you could do is nod. My jagiya has cuteness.”

Yesung smiled as he kissed the corner of your mouth. Your smile grew as you remembered what happened, and that the stadium cheered for your acceptance and the group all sang to you. You are happy you didn’t deny him, as you wish for this feeling of love to stay forever.
