So,Let me put it this way, EXO's promotions are over the top. No one can deny that. That's what makes them famous. That's what makes them known. Y'ou know what I'm trying to tell y'all here? We have to diffrentiate them from other rookie groups. They got to have the 'it' factor. Well, they have to learn from the best, right? Hence the point of my plan."

Foreword
“I have an announcement to make!” said the manager. All six heads turned to him.
“You will be training a girlband!” he exclaimed, looking at the six heads that wore a dumbfounded expression on their faces. Because of course, not every day a boyband gets to train another band, perhaps never.
“Say what now?”
“We’re going to do what?”
“Will this cut into our free time?”
“A girlband?”
“Are we even going to be paid?”
“A girlband, seriously?!”
Bombarded by anxious questions, the manager held up his hands as the sign of silence. The six people silenced themselves immediately.
“Ahem, okay. First of all, you’re going to train a new girlband that soon will debut in 50 days. Your job is to do whatever possible to get them used to all the photo shoots, interviews and thingamajigs. Oh, and it wouldn’t hurt to polish their talents a little bit.” He clears his throat. “Are we clear on this?” he stared sternly at 6 pairs of eyes.
“Yeah, well...”
“And second,” the manager continued, ignoring the latest remark. “Yes, it will cut into your free time, and no, you will not be paid.”
“Aww, man...”
“That’s just unfair!”
“But why—“
The manager held up his hands again. “No further question” He voiced out and then added “The training session will start tomorrow. So, all of you better prepare yourselves and all that. Oh, last thing, before I forget…” He walked pass the 6 peoples to the door. “...the girls here don’t know that they’re going to debut yet. This might be an awesome surprise for them, don’t you think?” He smiled as he closed the door behind him then left the room.
