The Promise
Mirror MirrorLu Han's POV
It's been two years. Two years since ~~~~~ died. My love. These two years had been a living hell. We had plans. Plans for the future... plans for now.
My life now consists of flying in and out of Korea and China. Study. Work. No more love. I had lost my love, I don't even know when.
It's been two years. No sign of ~~~~~'s corpse which was stolen on the day of her funeral. I have nothing to remember her by. She's gone from my life... but I will find her. I will search the whole world finding her. I will find her. Even if I waste my life doing so. Even if all that remains, is a pile of bones.
I don't care. I want her, I need her.
We were meant to be married.

~Flashback~
"Yes, Luhan-oppa! Yes!"
I jumped up and hugged her in my arms. ~~~~~ was crying, I was laughing. "I love you. Wo ai ni. Saranghae."
She giggled. "Nado saranghaeyo. I love you. Wo ai ni, Luhan." Her accented Chinese was so cute; it always put a smile on my face and made my heart race like crazy.
I pulled away from her and slowly slipped the sparkly diamond ring onto her slim finger. She smiled. I kissed her softly, on the lips. I whispered, "You and I... once you're out of highschool, we're going to get married. Promise?"
She nodded. "Araso, I promise. Saranghaeyo, Luhan-oppa."

~Present Time~
I looked down at that same diamond ring that was sitting on my palm. I clenched it tightly in my hand and kissed it. "Saranghae ~~~~~. I will love you forever. I will go halfway around the world to find your body. I don't care why you did the things you did. I love you."
Though I said that, I can't help but have mixed feelings. I hated her, for getting HIV, yet I loved her with all my life. Why did she betray me? Why did she take off this ring that marked our promise?
Who is the person who destroyed our relationship... who destroyed her?
