Tao breathed out from the breath-taking sight, he had finally arrived in Korea. He had managed to be a trainee in SM Entertainment. Luckily, the company noona who picked him up speaks mandarin, because he knew he lacks in Korean, that bad. As much as he watch k-dramas, he still don’t know much. He then got inside the car and it instantly drove to the SM Entertainment building which wasn’t far from the airport.

                “Let’s go meet the CEO, shall we?” The company noona said. Tao just nodded. The noona showed the way to the CEO’s office.

                “Welcome to Korea, Mr. Huang.” The CEO said.

                “The pleasure is all mine.” Tao said as he bowed with his broken Korean.

                “I’m Kim Young Min. So, I’ve arranged the dorm that you’ll be sleeping starts from today. And I hope you’ll have a great pleasure to work here. This woman will be showing you the way to dorms.” The CEO said

                “Yes, Mr. Kim. I’ll try my best.” Tao said as he made his way leaving the CEO’s office.

The dormitory for trainees was put  behind the building. And Tao brought 3 luggages on his own. The company noona walked so fast, as Tao tried to catch her. After that, they went inside the elevator and go straight to the 8th floor. Then they just walked into the nearest room from the elevator.

                “This is your room.” The company noona said as she opened the door for Tao.

The dorm is like a suite. It has 2 bedrooms, with 2 beds each room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with couches and a big tv.

                “So there are 4 people stays here?” Tao asked.

                “Yup.” The company noona said. As he then thanked to company noona. The company noona just smiled and walked out from the dorm. Tao instantly unpacked his thing to the room and put his clothes on the wardrobe as well as put his towels on the bathroom. He quickly washed his face and changed his clothes. He then walked back to his room and try to take a nap for a while.

Tao awaken by the sound of his alarm. He readily ran while he was trying to find the room he should practice in. Because, the class will start on 5.00 pm yet in the last minute he still can’t find the room and Tao just wants to cursed at how big this building is that he’s panicking.  Tao then catch a glimpse of another person, the person sits in the chair with grey hoodie, trousers and sneakers –finally, because he really needs to ask him-. Tao thinks for a moment, ‘What should I call him? Oppa?’ Because it’s the only word Tao knows in Korean plus the actress says it a lot in the dramas. Tao then bravely approaches the man.

                “Hmm... Excuse me, oppa.” Tao said. The person turned his head towards Tao.

                “Y-yes?” The person said.

                “Do you know where the 402 room is?” Tao asked.

                “You simply just go straight, until there’s an elevator, you just go left. The room is on the left side.” The person said.

                “Oh... okay, thanks oppa.” Tao said as he bowed to the guy. Tao forgot to ask the guy’s name but, he’s already in a rush that he has to run as fast as he can. But Tao had actually gives the guy a real mystery.

Tao finished the dance practice at the midnight, he could feel his body tensed up that he just wants to get a massage already. Tao masters in Wushu, but this? It’s harder for him. But, it’s probably because today is his first day of training. He goes to the elevator and go straight to the 8th floor. He just wants to get a long shower right now. He opens the door of his room as the room has no one inside it. He quickly grabs his t-shirt and boxers and goes straight to the bathroom. He turns the shower on as the hot water runs into his body. Tao then grab the towel and change into his clothes as he then goes to the bedroom while he’s drying his hair with the towel.

                “Hey, roommate!” The guy said. Tao turns his head into the guy’s direction. The room is dark already with only a little bit of dim light.

                “Hello.” Tao said. The guys then turns the light on. And then, their expression just shocked.

                “You... why are you here?” The guy asked.

                “I’m the new trainee.” Tao said.

                “Yeah, I know. But, why are you here? Aren’t you supposed to have a girl’s roommate?” The guy said.

                “W-What? Why I have to stay with girls?” Tao said because he really is confused right now.

                “A-aren’t you a girl? You called me oppa before.” The guy said.

                “W-wait, it’s what I should call you, right?” Tao said.

                “Oh God. Oppa is from a girl who’s younger than the boy.” Xiumin said.

                “So, that’s why you thought that I’m a girl?” Tao asked and the guy just nodded.

                “By the way, we haven’t introduce ourselves yet. I’m Minseok.” The guy said.

                “I’m Tao, nice to meet you.” Tao said.

                “And....you born in?” Minseok asked

                “I was born in 1993.” Tao said.

                “Yeah~ I’m older. So now, don’t call me oppa, okay? Call me hyung.” Minseok said

                “Okay, Minseok-hyung.” Tao said.

                “Since it’s your first day, how about we eat something? I’ll cook!” Minseok said.

                “Is it okay? I mean, shouldn’t I be the one who cook?” Tao asked.

                “Ah... don’t worry. You go watch tv for a while, okay?” Minseok said.

Tao sits down in front of the tv while Minseok cooks for him. Even though, it’s only a ramen, Tao feels great because he already made friend in his first day.

~April 2012~

It's the interview time for EXO-M, they finally arrived at the Youku. The MC is so nice and they just managing some of the things to do. Tao is nervous yet excited for the same time, like the other members. But, he sure prays that he won't be making many mistakes today.The MC asks things like, 'How do you feel today?' and every sorts of like that. 

                "So,  4 of you are Chinese, while 2 of you are Korean. So how do you keep communicate?" The MC said.

                “Because we trained in Korea, we later know how to speak in Korea and we have no problem with language anymore.” Kris said.

                “So it was really hard for you all, right?” The MC asked.

                “When I first time came to Korea, the only word I know was oppa. Because I watched k-dramas. So, when I met Xiumin  the first time, I called him oppa and he was confused.” Tao said.

                “I thought that he was a girl, but in the same time, it’s no way that she’s a girl.” Xiumin said

Tao and Xiumin stared at each others for a while, because it was a really funny story. That this misunderstanding made them bond as friends and bandmates.

I'm done with my one-shot, it's a bromance not a fluff, and it's xiutao. I feel inspired when tao said that he called xiumin as an oppa.
