Thinking of you - ON HIATUS
Kyuhyun's POV :)
I was a bit late again, luckily my mom wake me up, I even didn't take my breakfast because I will be late and I
know that ryeowook waited too long, the moment I stepped out of my house I saw him standing in front with a
big smile.
All my sadness from last day were taken away by just his angelic smile, I imitate it and greeted him.
"Yah! You're 5 minutes late! I almost barged into your house and throw you a pail of water in case you are still
sleeping! Good thing you're already awake!" He yells but the smile on his face didn't leave.
"Since when you become like that? as far as I know my bestfriend is a sweet person, I doubt you will do that
maybe you will wake me up by hugging or kissing me" I chirped, enjoying the slight blush I am seeing on his
face.
"I will definitely kick you!" he answered while try to kick my but since he got a short legs couldn't do it.
"Come on midget, hurry up! Don't do impossible things! You know how short your legs are! hahaha!"
"You're so mean! Hmpf!"
He walks ahead of me, I smile, how I love to see his face every morning, I walk fast enough so we're having
same pace, I reach out for his hand and smile when he intertwined our hands just like before.
I wish nothing will change.

It's already time to go home, I didn't even pay attention on my classes. I just stare blankly at my teacher, not
listening on their lectures. I packed my things and proceed to the back gate where me and wookie always
meet, I don't know what to feel,after a long thinking about it,I guess I must not hold on to wookie anymore,it's
just my mind tells but my heart tells the opposite, aaarrggghh! It's so hard, so many what if's for now, and he
knows the time is ticking, I don't have enough time to think especially now that he knows that his bestfriend/ his
love have already someone in his heart and he have to accept the fact that it's not him. Many things were
running on his mind, what if he didn't wait for the time of their graduation and tell wookie he was in love on the
other, will wookie accept it or not? are they gonna be a couple like he always want to? or his confession will
just lead to broken friendship? Aarrgghh! I didn't know that loving someone will be this hard. I rpoceed now to
where we always meet after classes, he's already there waving at me.
"Hi kyu, uhm." He greeted then paused, Don't tell me..
"Neh? What is it?"
"Someone wants to walk with us.. If it's okay with you, then I'll call them.. But if no, uhm. I'll just tell them that. Uhm. That we're going somewhere..?"
Uhh. He think he knows who will be their companion, and his mind was now shouting Don't let it be them wookie, please say that not the Lee Brothers were going with us, you're making this really hard for me, i'm stil confused.
"Kyu?"
"Uhh. O-okayy"
"yey! Thank you so much kyu!" And then he hugged the me.
He's so happy right now and we're exactly opposite. He's watching the other while making a phone call, looks
like he's calling the brothers.
"Hey kyu?" He called my attention after the call.
"Hmmmm?"
"you sure you okay? You look tired, you can take a cab you know?"
I wish wookie the way you cared for me is like the way I cared for you but I know it's impossible..
"Hello wookie, hello kyu."
I turned around and saw sungmin, so he's alone. I mentally smile. Good thing I will not see that man look like a fish.
"I heard that you're going with us? Better ready yourself with a bit long walk Hyung." I said , I think I'll be okay
with sungmin hyung, not with that donghae.
"Neh, me and my brother used to walk home before our father bought a car." Sungmin hyung answered with a
faint blush on his cheek, it's not even hot, well I don't care.
"Oh, so where did you live?" I continued asking, I hope it'll be far so we'll separate early.
"Hmmmm. Just a few streets away from you." He answered and his cheeks were more reddened. This hyung is
weird?
"Hyung! Wookie! Kyuhyun! Wait!"
So that fish like voice is late, I thought he's not going with us, I roll my eyes in annoyance
"You're always late! Good thing wookie and kyu is not mad." Sungmin said to his brother.
"Aniyo hyung, it's okay." Wookie said and look at donghae with a little smile on his face.
Oh cmon, i'm crushing!
"Let's go." I said and walk ahead of them.
And then we started to walk off, as much as I wished to be beside wookie again, it's not happening. Instead, it
was sungmin hyung beside me and wookie and fish in front. The two were giggling while me and sungmin
hyung were ocassionally talking , it's not like he doesn't want to talk to him but just the mere fact that I am
jealous, mixed with confusion, I can't keep a good conversation.
While waiting for the traffic light to turn green, I noticed that Fishy was somewhat holding the side of wookie
hand, brushing it literally, I tried to calm down, with the flat affect that I always used to wear but inside I know I
am crushing, maybe it's really late? He sighed deeply. But when I saw that My Ryeowook's hand is not moving,
I smiled mentally, it's still me who can hold his hand, and maybe it's not really late?
The 45 minute walk to their house is longer than the usual, the brothers already gone to their home. It's him
and his ryeowook, yes he can only call ryeowook as his only to himself, he thought that he can proudly
introduce ryeowook on his friends, family and relatives as his ryeowook not just his bestfriend but it'll never
happen anymore. He sighed deeply and look at the person beside him, the other one have a small smile on
his face.
"I thought you like someone holding your hand while walking?" I asked him.
"Huh? Well yeah I like it, I feel secured when someone holds my hand." He turned his head and answered at me.
"Oh is that so? Then why you didn't let that fish oh I mean donghae to hold your hand before we cross the street?" I said trying to obtain an information, information that I badly needed to conclude my thoughts about on what should I do.
"Uhm.. We're not yet in a relationship so I guess we shouldn't do it?" He answered. More likely he is saying to
himself as if convincing him.
Ha! Then what are we? I want to say those words but he stop himself.
"Oh, good thing you let me hold your hand even we're not in a relationship. Hahaha." I said to him and pat his
back.
But I want you to be mine, but how.. I know i'm late.
I walk ahead and a tear almost fell down,
unknown to me, a pair of eyes were looking at me sadly..

whoa! after a long time (err almost a year?), finally an update :)
Do you still remember this? :D
wohoo!! I know this is not much as you expected, but yes I want to show to my fellow readers the depressing situation kyuhyun is currently in, will he fight for wookie or not? Is he really late or not?
