Kevin goes to visit his mother at the hospital, hoping she'll remember who he is.

'I heard she slapped her own son.'

'Why would someone do such a thing?!' What did her son do?

'Nothing. It wasn't her fault. She couldn't remember him. She couldn't remember anyone. She couldn't remember anything.'
