L’s POV

Why does bad thing happen to good people? She is such a nice girl…and yet she got punished…

___: “and that’s my life story…” she gave me a forced smile

L: “I don’t know if this helps, but I heard that if there’s a donor, they can transplant their eyes to you…” I wanted to help her, but there’s not much I can do

___: “My doctor told me there’s a donor for me…but…I didn’t give him my response yet…”

L: “Why? Is a chance to see again?”

___: “I’m…I’m scared…” her tears began to fall “I’m scared to death. What if I did the surgery, but nothing worked…this is my last hope…if it didn’t work…I am blind forever…I’m just afraid to take my last chance…” she put her hands on her face to cover the tears

Without hesitation, I gently grab her hands…

L: “Take it…”

___: “What?”  

L: “Take the chance…”

___: “But…but what if I-” she couldn’t finish her sentence because I cut her off

L: “You can’t live your whole life wondering; ‘what if’…take the chance…let yourself know that, at least you tried…don’t let yourself regret for the rest of your life for letting an opportunity slip by”

I didn’t know why I said that…but…I want to see her smile all the time…I want her to see me smile at her too…

To my surprised, she smiled at me

___: “Thanks L-sshi. I think I want to give it try…I want to see again…”

She stood up and grabbed her white cane “You are the nicest person I ever met, thank you and…goodbye” with that, she walked out of the flower store and disappeared in the crowed

I wanted to stop her, but I bumped into someone

Sungjong: “Wowwowowow~ where are you going hyung?”

Sungyeol: “To flirt with the girl you were talking to?” he teased me and raised his brows

L: “Shut up.” I replied coldly and walked back inside the store

Darn you Lee Sungjong!!

What if I can’t see her again? I didn’t even ask where she lives and which school she goes to!! How am I going to find her again?!?!

…Please don’t let this be our last meeting…

SUNGJONG’s POV

What’s with hyung? I just came here to take a few pictures for my final photography project. If I get the best score on this picture, I will be accepted in Stardom Art Academy!! It’s my life dream to go there!! But right now…I have no idea what my topic is going to be…so I just kept taking random pictures as I walk around…Let’s hope I can get the best picture!!

___’s POV

I knocked on my mom’s workroom after I went home…

___: “mom…are you busy? I want to talk to you about something” I asked behind the door

Mom: “You can come in sweetie~”

I slowly opened the door and she helped me settle down on a chair “So, what do you want to talk about?”

___: “I want to take the surgery…” I whispered

Mom: “What!!! Really??” she literally screamed in my ears with excitement

___: “Mom…” I whined “I’m already blind…I don’t want to be deaf too…” it’s true…I will be devastated if that happened…

Mom: “Sorry sweetie…but what made up your mind?”

I told her about L and how I wanted to see him…I mean…I only know his name, his school and his warm hands…I wanted to know how my guardian angel looks like too

Mom: “This L boy is a savior to our family!! I have a good feeling about this boy. Show me his picture so I can see my future son-in-law!!” even if I can’t see, I know my mom is jumping excitedly around like a 3 year old

___: “Mom!! He’s not your future son-in-law!!” I felt my face blushed

Mom: “You never know~~ He could be an angel sent from above to help my beautiful daughter!!” she kept teasing me, since I am blushing like a mad woman

___: “Mom!!” I whined “I’m not playing with you anymore!!” I jokingly said and went to my room

Mom: “Awww~~ my daughter is shy!!” I wasn’t in her room anymore, but I could still hear her teasing me

___: I crawled on my bed and hid my face on my pillow “Gosh!! So embarrassing!! Does all parents love to embarrass their kids?” I blushed as I thought of when she said ‘future son-in-law’

Then I sat up straight, after screaming like a fan girl in a concert for 5 minutes

…L…his name just repeats in my head like a catchy song…did I fall for him already?
