The Lexicon of PighatiBut life again, is really all about timing.
Joohyun bade goodbye one cold February night to Seulgi. She left with no promises and offered no guarantees. They went through different destinations and created moments together sans any label.
When she got the chance to go an exchange program abroad, she didn't still define what she and Seulgi have. Again, they're young. Seulgi didn't demand anything from her since day one, so there's no reason to enter into any commitment on their last day together too.
"Postmodernism, Ate Taeyeon. We're in that era right? Postmodern love is not about defining things, but all about ambiguity and experimenting. Kaya nga may throuple, may open relationships, what-have-you," Seulgi said, trying to smile.
"Naiintindihan ko naman si Joohyun. Ang laki ng mundo. Ang daming puwedeng mangyari. 'Yung nararamdaman ko, nararamdaman niya, totoo naman sila, pero sabi nga niya - ang totoo ay puwedeng magbago."
Seulgi's voice started to quiver.
"Pero hindi ibig sabihin naiintindihan ko siya, hindi na ko nasasaktan."
As her tears fell, Taeyeon wished she could take away all the pain that Seulgi felt at that moment.
"Wala namang obligadong manatili sa buhay ko," the young artist added.
But then as Seulgi slowly turned towards her, she saw her eyes pleading.
"Pero Ate Taeyeon, sana 'wag ka ring mawawala."
Right then and there, Taeyeon decided to hell with distancin
