The Lexicon of Pighati"Paano ko ba siya makakalimutan?" Taeyeon asked, her question engulfed in the silence of Manila's night sky.
"Bakit kakalimutan agad?" Hyoyeon challenged as she tapped her bottle of beer on the banister outside their apartment. "Hindi ba puwedeng ipaglaban muna?"
Taeyeon heaved a deep sigh.
"Hindi puwede."
Hindi na puwede.
"Nakalimutan mo na 'yata 'yung first entry ninyo sa lexicon ninyo ni Seulgi," Hyoyeon said.
"Suwabe with respect, 'di ba? Ipaparamdam mo lang na mahal mo siya nang walang hinihinging kapalit."
Taeyeon wants to do that. But she doesn't know if it's the right thing to do.
As if she was reading her thoughts, Hyoyeon asked - "Sila na ba talaga ni Seulgi?"
No. The answer is no.
Taeyeon could still recall her conversation with Joohyun about it.
"Bakit hindi pa kayo ni Seul?" she asked her younger cousin.
"Kasi," Joohyun breathed. "Kasi ang dami pang puwedeng mangyari. At our age, ito 'yung panahon na dapat mas ini-explore namin ang buhay."
"She makes me happy. I like her. So,so much. But not every decision should be based on what our feelings dictate, Ate Taeyeon," Joohyun said, looking at her.
"Since you don't believe in romantic love, Ate Taeyeon, you, out of all people, I guess, would understand that."
So no, they're not together. But Taeyeon doesn't want to create what could be a potential big mess just because of that one fundamental
