Kaelos Ball
A KING IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT HIS QUEEN...

It seems that no one knew what to expect from the Kaelos royal family anymore.

A year ago, the five crown princes that jointly ruled Kaelos grew estranged and began a civil war among themselves unexpectedly. The sudden civil war shocked the whole kingdom that had enjoyed centuries of peace, lasted a few months, and came to an end abruptly. No one really knew what started and ended the civil war, only that the crown princes themselves seemed to have a sudden change of personalities and became entirely different during the war.

Now, a year later, they made an announcement that once again shocked the kingdom. There had been no such precedent in the royal family before, and the people almost couldn't believe the news themselves.

According to the inheritance laws of Kaelos, before the crown princes could undertake the coronation ceremony and be crowned as kings, they had to marry a suitor. The crown princes have reigned over the kingdom after the former Kaelite kings passed away several years ago, and during this time, none of them had made any move to seek a partner or marry. Everyone thought the royal marriages and coronation would happen naturally, over time.

The announcement? All the ladies in the kingdom that were of appropriate age were to attend a compulsory royal event, where the crown princes would be seeking their brides.

Kaelos Ball.

Author's Note: And the rewrite is finally live! Original concept idea was brought to live in 2018, and I did write for a little bit before life caught up and I got too busy to update (that's what happens to all my stories so...)... Anyway, I felt that the concept idea had a lot of potential so I decided to rework it a little and finally republished it in November 2021~ I'm not the best writer but I hope to improve as I go along! Hope everyone likes this~
