Onew's Smile

Things That Make Me Happy

 

 

 

I know I am being obvious here, but lets just see this as a mandatory chapter... There is a reason why every person with a heartbeat loves Onew's smile.

 

And in fact, Onew's smile is how he became my bias... (Feel free to skip the overly long story and just look at the pretty pictures.)

 

 

Basically back in early 2011, I was already a hottest (hence my username) and I was watching some sports variety, Dream Team, because of 2PM Junho... and there was also Minho. It didn't take me long to realize that Minho is awesome, so I watched a couple of SHINee MVs, and liked them casually... didn't have a bias or anything like that...

I was living with my sister at the time, and made her watch Dream Team, because she likes sports far more than I do. Almost instantly she fell in love with Minho and he is her ultimate Kpop bias to this day (and according to her the most beautiful man in the world!).

Anywho... she started watching some SHINee MVs and was being SUPER loud about it, and soon she came over to my room and was like:

"You HAVE to see this!"

Then she showed me Onew's smile in the Hello MV (see below), but she was flailing so much that she could hardly show it to me. And it was HILARIOUS... so I just kept making fun of her as she tried to show it to me again and again, constantly flailing. Until she finally left... and I realized that I had been so occupied with making fun of my sister, that I hadn't really seen this "legendary" smile.

Well... 10 minutes later after countless repeats of that smile, Onew was my bias and I was in love (suits me well for having made so much fun of my sister).

So yeah... usually I don't even choose biases by face so much, but for myriads of other reasons (broad shoulders are my major weakness), but Onew... sigh... With a face like that I would probably still love him if he was a talentless jerk lol (which he absolutely is not - making me love him so much more). But I donno... I know Onew usually not considered among the most handsome kpop faces, but I just think he's gorgeous... honestly my ultimate kpop face, I just love everything about it. And his smile... that is where happiness lives... sigh...

Chapter 7: I just came to look at your smiling Onew. What I truly like about Onew (other than his voice and his passion) is his possitivity. He just finds happiness in everything. Everyone needs a happy pill like him.

Also, super random, but I used to be SUPER Minho biased when I was younger. I think the first time I saw them was when they were on 2PM's show and he did a dancing duet with Nichkhun. ❤❤❤ (If you haven't seen it, you should watch it!! I can't remember the song, I think it was Juliette, but I'm sure if you just search Minho/Nichkhun you'll see it! )

Chapter 7: Hello MV was when I fell hard for jinki too!! Mine was 1. When he peered around the corner and 2. When he went to knock on the door. He was just too cute and I was gone. It’s just so typically him!! And then his voice just slayed me. VIP for life! 💚

Chapter 7: Oh dear. I just realized I'm a er for gummy smiles. But I also love his close-lipped smile. His face literally lights up when he smiles. He definitely radiates happiness.

Chapter 7: Aww I loved reading this!!! Jinki's smile is sunshine personified. I can't see a smiley Jinki without smiling myself :'3 I've loved him the most out of everyone for about 8 years and he never loses his hold on me even a little bit. I think his inner beauty shines through his smile and beautiful angelic face T_T *trying not to cry right now*

Funny enough, I fell for Minho first in 2013 through his drama to the beautiful you and I had to look him up and discovered SHINee. Jinki took over as my bias soon after ><
I didn't find his looks to be anything special or to my taste at first but he just won me over with his personality and now he's what I think of when I think of beauty.

Chapter 6: oh yes he went to the studio where taemin had a comeback stage and there it was the BEAR HUG, i think it is the biggest bear hug ive seen :3

Chapter 6: Minho puts his whole heart into his hugs. And you’re right, you feel them through the camera. And since you’ve made me a Onho junkie 💚, I love all the Onho hugs also. But most especially when Minho hugged Onew after being discharged from the military. That one always brings a tear to my eye. Love these picture. They all made me so happy. 💚💚💚
