There were few things that Soyeon hated besides vegetables so she tried to stay as healthy as possible, she tried to meditate whenever she could but her favorite pastime was skateboarding around Seoul at night. She spends a lot of time on her studio, and she enjoys it, but she likes to skate through the parks with her headphones on, she would get lost in the heady sensation of the wind whipping past, of flying through the air

-Are you sure you wanna do this?

Soyeon stared at Yuqi wrapped in a safety gear

-I wanna go

-Okay, there's a park near my parents' house, it's pretty empty at this time of night

Yuqi nodded, she loved any excuse to be with her, and it was pretty cute how passionate Soyeon was about skate. Reaching the skate park, Soyeon led Yuqi to a part of the circuits, placing the board she was carrying carefully on the ground

-Are you ready to start?

-Of course, it looks easy

Soyeon smirked

-I'll catch you if you fall

Tentatively, Yuqi stepped onto the board. The board started to slip out from under her the moment she stepped on but Soyeon caught her before she fell

-Not so easy huh

-Jagiyaaaaaaaaa

Yuqi shook her head

-You just need more practice, take it easy

-Don´t let me fall

-You’re going to start with one foot on the board and one on the ground like this…

Soyeon smoothly took off, flawlessly executing a few tricks

- So, what did you think jagiya?

-I don't know why you're not using safety equipment

Soyeon shrugged

-I'm already used to it

Yuqi rolled her eyes

-Then don't complain if you get hurt

It took a couple of tries before Yuqi could actually start to move the board on her own. Soyeon was always there behind her, keeping careful watch

-You are less stressed teaching how to skate than when recording a new song

Soyeon just shrugged

-Here it's more...free I guess

-Your only pet peeve is my stance a lot, though

-We cannot run the risk of you getting hurt during promotions

-But you are free to do tricks without at least a helmet?

Yuqi asked with a raised eyebrow but Soyeon just stuck her tongue out at her.

-Pay attention to your skateboard

They continued to ride it on the same manner for a couple more minutes before Soyeon held her still

-Can you put both feet on the board?

-Both feet?

Soyeon smiled in assurance.

-Trust me, jagiya. I won't let anything bad happen, I promise

-Fine

Gently Yuqi placed her left foot on the board along with her right

-Like this?

-Alright, hold on steady

With a smile on her face Soyeon started to push, lightly at first, and then with more and more force.

-Jagiya...

-Trust me

As Soyeon pushed her around the park Yuqi grew increasingly more confident about her balance

-Rock and rollll

Eventually, Soyeon slowed down, and let her off the board.

-Do you want to take a break while I show you some cool tricks?

Yuqi went to go sit down on a park bench while Soyeon mounted her board, she focused squarely on the board and as she moved through the park. Yuqi could not help but notice how she was good at ir, doing all different sorts of flips, kicks, and other tricks with her board, if she was trying to impress her, it was definitely working.

Soyeon picked up enough speed but in an instant she took a nasty fall on a really complicated trick

-SOYEON

Yuqi yelled, taking off running toward where Soyeon was laying on the ground.

-Ouch.

Soyeon scraped up her arm and her pants had ripped on her knee, showing an ugly scrap
